i'm attending texas state in the fall and daniel tosh has been having a contest to film an episode at a college. i thought frisbee dan was an awesome reason that texas state stands out and even have a facebook group call frisbee dan. can i have permision to use part of this video?

@gcmoftex he actually owns his own landscaping company. he works early in the day (before it gets way too hot to be doing outdoor manual labor) and that's why he's able to spend the later afternoons at the park.
