A demo for support staff before most of them could leave work was not the best idea. Many support staff do not finish at the same time as the pupils, so could not meet at 16:00. Also could have been better publicised better to staff and union members. By the time I reached the square at about 17:00 nobody was left!
It appears that most of the people present were the TAs who tend to work "normal school hours". These changes affect ALL support staff.
