It, in no way, shape or form, stops the federal government from suing states.
The legal concept is called superior sovereign. The federal government is considered the superior sovereign of an individual state and therefore can sue a state.

As for impeaching Obama, that is ridiculous when the Constitution says the punishment for treason is hanging, (if memory serves.) Did you know that the final copy of the proposed bill was given to congress the same day it had to be voted on. It, in no way, shape or form, stops the federal government from suing states.

If it were Obama v Arizona, you would be absolutely right about it being unconstitutional. However, it is the U.S. v Arizona, which is recognized differently in the legal system.

I got the info from the AMA website.
I didn't say that there were pricing schedules in place. I wrote about the penalties for not participating with the mandatory healthcare. Here are some more taxes and fees: annual fee on health insurance providers, annual fee on pharmaceutical companies and medical device manufacturers, excise tax on indoor tanning services, tax penalties for failure to obtain health insurance coverage, medicare payroll tax.

Someone should explain to the playboy bunny, that a journalist's job is to investigate the govt. and report the truth. Her whole premise is that govt can't be corrupt. That is an incredibly weak premise. The only way an armed nation can be taken over is from within, so it's reasonable to look for it. Besides anyone who has figured out how our monetary system works, knows it is inherently and fundamentally based on fraud that is legalized by our govt.. Why trust govt?
