Those of you who say this doesn't work when you change the correct size from 16" to 11", the problem and the answer to the problem is obvious.

I did this only I used a clear 11 inch latex. I never have enough helium to do 16 inch. lolz. I wish they would last longer but the 5 inch balloons inside make it heavy.

I name this arrangement "The King 7". The actual clear balloon is called a 16" Diamond clear.
