This recipe is the one that uses common and ingredients that most bars will have on stock.  Fresh peach puree and prosecco wine are not items normally stocked by American Bars. You are correct the original recipes called for peach puree made from small white peaches that are grown in the Veneto region of Italy during the summer and prosecco wine that is native to the same region.

2 ingredients, TWO. That's ONE MORE THAN ALMOST NO INGREDIENTS AT ALL, and you got them both wrong. It's prosecco, not Champagne (Bellini=Italian, like Prosecco. Champgagne = French, like another country. Why would an Italian make an Italian drink, name it after an Italian painter, and use French wine? Think, McFly, think.) And it's White Peach Puree, not grocery store peach juice. You got the sparkling part and the peach part right. Good enough for a sorority party. But this is your job, dude.

A great drink !! If you whizz up a tin of peaches it is as good, and a damned sight cheaper than peach nectar (whatever that is!)
