I notice at 8:46, the commentator says that Gerald Wilkins is no taller than 6' "5" (that is either 195 or 196cm), but it lists him as 6' "6".

Is 6' "6" is height with his shoes on?

Also his weight is listed as 185lb, I thought he would've been more than that, as he is not skinny.
