Sonic 1:

Debug: C, Up, C, Down, C, Left, C, Right.

Level Select: Up, Down, Left, Right.

The first and last bugs in this are fixed already, and the middle one is a debug thing, so no I'm not solving it as you aren't meant to be using it in the first place. :P
