Im a chef at an oriental restaurant, in India, i work in the thai section...loved the insights on the traditional way of chopping. We use a somtam peeler....but this looks a lot more aesthetic...but we've got the traditional wooden mortar and pestle...totally different flavour as compared to a stone one. Thanks again...

i really like your videos, im filipino and as much as i love our filipino dishes, most of the time i feel like my heart if getting clogged more and more lol but my second favorite asian food is thai, i learned how to make sticky rice when i was 14 when my thai food addiction started so i love your channel, but i wanted to ask you what are the reasons you decided to go to culinary school, because i cant decide if its the path i want.

Look up California Culinary Academy, and find out the cost from them. I can tell you though that It's not cheap!
