did anyone see this onstage? it was the most amazing performance i have ever seen onstage. meryl streep truley LIVED this role, while the others onstage acted. she scream and yeslled, and cried and sang, and laughed, for 3 plus hours she carried that play on her shoulders. it was raining during our performance, and the had to stop once or twice to mop. she would come out in character and help, bossin everyone around as mother courage, amazing

I have a great deal of passion for theater and it is so frigging unfair that 'cause I live in Finland I almost never get to see these things. Of course we have our own tiny masterpieces, but still. Meryl, you damn on-stage-genius, you.

I saw it at a Film Festival and the director said they didn't have a distributor yet (that was in July) ... but let's hope they do soon, because this is a really amazing documentary! I loved it

One thing i LOVE about meryl is that she doesn't take herself too seriously, she wore a DIVA shirt for crying out loud, only one who is really poking fun at themselves would wear that, i just adore that woman!
