  • Mike has his head up Nancy Pelosi's butt. The South bay needs someone who will represent our interest not a puppet for San Francisco interest.

  • In 1953, American soldiers fought bravely to protect South Korea from North Korean invasion. 30,000 Americans died.

But Mike Honda is helping North Korea to destroy allied partnership between US, S.Korea and Japan.

Hey Mike, you are eager for helping veterans, why do you help KIm ong Il and insult those veteran soldiers fought at Korean war ?

  • A belated thank you to Mike for telling it like it is instead of the smoke and mirror that Bush and McCain is trying to con the American public.

  • A belated thank you to Mike for telling like it is and not the smoke and mirror that Bush and McCain is trying to sell to the American people

  • Sold us out on the bail out. What a hack. Who does this guy really represent?

  • This is great. Thanks to Congressman Honda for making a detailed and well-spoken response where everyone can see it. Obviously some people here have their own special interests that cause them to disagree with or berate you, but your heart is obviously in the right place.

  • About the war in Iraq: I say again, if we don't fight them over there, we will be bound to fight them here. Some of us are ready for that, most aren't. Are you willing to accept responsiblility for Amercian civilian deaths when that happens? If you are, then by all means, go ahead a pull out of Iraq. You will be giving the extremists a reason to party. M2

  • Mike Honda is deep within the pockets of the corporate lobby. Try to ask him why US corporations are allowed to import tens of thousands of low paid high tech workers every year when hundreds of thousands of US citizens and permanent residents can't find full time work. He will snap back that you are a racist. In truth, visa programs are to keep wages down at the expense of the people he is supposed to represent. He is at best a Republican in sheep's clothing. I am sorry I voted for him.

  • Congressman Honda,

As a citizen in your district I find your LIES disturbing, you tout No Child Left Behind (a Bush, Kennedy Bill) -- funding is done by congress -- not the president -- another LIE.

America spends more dollars per student then any other country -- the teachers unions are not teaching.

There was no such thing as a sub-prime loan until you democrats made the freddy mac and fanny may change the laws to give loans to people that shouldn't qualify.

  • Hi Mike, you're a credit to this area and the House as well. Common sense is so lacking in this Congress and it's refreshing to listen to you. Thanks as well for continuing to talk about the deficit.

When I think about all the good will we had after September 11 - Iran had a demonstration in support of us, for goodness' sake! - and how all that good will has been squandered since then, it makes me want to cry.

Keep up the good fight Mr Honda. - Dewane

  • Thanks for listening to Bush for me, Mike. You said that over 3000 Californians had been "injured". A World War II vet, in the 1960s my dad liked the TV show, "Combat". Vic Morrow would often get "injured". He'd appear with his arm in a cast or a bandage on his head, and the next week he was fine. That's how people interpret "injured". But in real life it usually means permanently missing mind or body parts. Maybe think of a better word next time. We've only begun to pay for this crime.

  • This is great! Thanks for communicating with us -- You do so much to fight for your constituency and for the right things -- don't be shy about telling us about that, too. Thanks again!

  • Thank you!

  • Thanks for the video. It's good to see you communicating more directly with your constituents.

    - I'm with you on the foreign policy. Please get a solid understanding of the presidential candidates views here vs just inspiration. You may be surprised.

    - A new paradigm in education? How about dropping No Child Left Behind and close the dept of education? Keep the funding of the programs we want as close to the people who want it. The bureaucracy just hurts the educational system.

  • Thank you for the video, I appreciate your communication with our district. Keep up the good work.

    -George

  • Go, Mike!
