I seem to think the supports were Soundgarden and Faith No More (with Mike Patton crouching down for the duration of the set!) but I got so wasted and missed most of the supports whilst being carried off to the medical tent (I was a lightweight then!) Can anyone remind me who the supports were and if I am correct?

So this was the very last concert for Izzy Strandlin ? I remember seeing this particular video on the MTV 91 music video award Via satellite on september 5th ,... Now I found out that this concert took place on August 31st. So I guess it was never live like I though it was. Bastards !! .. and I miss Izzy damn it..

This was there 1st UK show since Donington 88 and during that time they were the biggest group on the planet. The atmosphere was amazing..I was 20 feet from the front and at 1.10 on this song it went balistic

Me three!, What a concert! I went over the front barrier three times, And pretended to be crushed so security wouldn't throw me out. Being crried from the back of the crowd over a sea of bodies at a G'n'R concert was one of my unforgettable memories. They rocked Wembley that night, for sure.

Thankyou! I was there! 50 quid train ride from Harrogate - I was up in the balcony WAY in the back. 95,000 attended. First concert I ever went to...still the best by far. The "Live and Let Die" was aired a week later on the MTV Awards. Fond memories...slept on the floor at King's Cross station for the train to take me home in the morning. Good times. Thanks, again.
