The only reason I said that is because when ever I'm playing on PS2 I have the custom rules on I have Parkplace and Boardwalk on the start and I try to place hotels on PP and BW but I don't have enotgh money so I just place 2 or 3 house on there and try to rake in the dough on the other propities

Uh, if you own Park Place and Boardwalk and you places hotels on there your Rent will go up to $2,000 and It's very impossible to pay off
