Anatoly Chubais killed over 70 people by ignoring problems at the Sayano-Shushensk GES, did Putin have him arrested? No. Putin likes to talk, but results are mostly for TV cameras only.
The CPRF are far more concerned about Russia than people like Chubais and Abramovich, who are supported by the current Russian Government, I can't support such criminals. They are the remains of Yeltsin's time.
He doesn´t need to, he just need to ignore private individuals taking care of the yeltsinist scum. I suspect someone offed this fat mutant back in 2007.
