I really really like the idea behind this, but what happens if you do need it before you see it?
For example, a friend calls you up and says "Hey did you hear about that new concert in town? For some reason I just cannot remember the name of the band that will be playing."
Then you say "Oh yeah, I got something in the mail about that the other day, let me see if I can find it and give you the information."
It's a box....

Now you have 43 folders to look through. This type of thing happens a lot, what do you do about something like that?
Also, what happens if you place it in the wrong folder by accident?
