I'm so excited for this! Only one more week! All this time this movie has been so hard to get a hold of. Just old VHS tapes and the out-of-print DVD, all costing a ton of money and with crappy transfers. Now we'll have something official. :D

The film was originally tinted in 1927. Most Silents were. t's pretty difficult to tell much of anything from the contents of this trailer. I assume it's full aspect ratio, even if the trailer has postage stamp size images. Don't see where the overall image is significantly improved over the largely unseen Photoplay Productions version personally. That comparison is slightly ridiculous, because it's not the Photoplay transfer they are judging it against.

There are many Silents allot better than WINGS made before and after. That's just Paramount talking. Not the people in the know. I have this on order.

All the tints and hand-coloring are authentic to the original 1927 release.
