Haha lol I'm in construction and nobody builds a planted column over a canopy without any purpose. It was put on an abandoned building so that nobody would suspect the column in which he stand was recently build along with the canopy above it to make it realistic. But the real deal here is that the column generates strong magnetic force when switch on and he conceals a metal sheet on his shoe to finish the act haha. Super simple..
