@presidentbren Yea back then it wasnt really a ambulance..it was just a car with red lights and a siren. You didnt get help in it, they just threw you in and drove you to the hospital.
Man, alive! That is SO cool to see! Thanks, Dan. You rarely see cool stuff like that in THAT good of condition out here on the East coast. If you're lucky, you find one in a scrap-yard that you can still identify. Mucho cool !!!
Man, that's a beauty. Back in the day those were used to haul you in to the hospital. There weren't no EMT's to try to piece you back together, they just threw you in one of these and hauled you off to the hospital, in as many pieces as you were when they found you.. hahahah. I imagine a lot of folks died in a car like that..
