  • I'm only 10 years old and I like tapping!

  • @IbonedDerekDsister cool story bro.

  • @MEHpewpewMEH thanks bro

  • @IbonedDerekDsister No one gives a fuck. Go to bed.

  • pretty nice, me like sweeps with taps

  • that isnt 4 octaves.. but still good though

  • WIN

  • SO. MUCH. COMPRESSION.

  • tabs? :)

  • IT'S PRELUDE FROM FFVII! xD

    This is sick

  • i think they sounded a lot better slower...

  • Sweeps aren't out-dated, not when you sweep like John Petrucci!

  • beautiful!

  • People are still fucking with this stuf? Sweeps have been played out since the 80's

  • @Audiolaboratory I want to see someone that can improvise well on time with groove using that tecninique, that would be very impresive.

  • dude...please be in my band

  • Craaaaaaaaaaaaazy!

  • The fretboard is shining like a rainbow which matches the strange sounds

  • what guitar is that???~

  • dean vendetta I think

  • @MrMuker777 shut up dude you dont even know about fish

how could you say moop the greatest fish ever is stupid

  • @JUSTING101 wtf?

  • magic shit, you got hability, you got magic

  • i love the a minor arpeggios

  • Thanks for this guitar technique! I modified it for jazz chords. Saw you play with MAB--awesome!

  • final fantasy. nuff said.

  • very cool!

  • FREAKINN AWSOME :D

  • This is a really cool lick indeed.

  • Yep. I heard FF theme too. I''m learning 8 finger tapping and it's tough. Just getting the finger strength to sound the notes has involved weeks of training.

  • skill... PURE skill

  • Awesome, dude. Points for creativity too, it's refreshing not to just see 1 3 5 13 5 1 3 5 and so on. That 2 made it wayy better.

  • this reminds me alot of chris brodrick's Bettcha cant play this.

  • This reminds me of that one Frank Gambale lesson. Lots more FF fans on that one.

  • Is anyone else hearing "Prelude" from Final Fantasy VII When he does those arpeggios slow?

  • yea its probably the same arpeggios

  • the prelude from FF is beautiful, but it's merely a major arpeggio with an added 9 (add9 arpeggio). it has been played many times before video games even existed

  • Holy shit!

  • dudes fkng good

  • hey jut one question ?

I know that you change where you pick depending on what type of bridge you have . But is there a superior picking position (Bridge picking) 0r (Neck Picking)

  • I can play both of those patterns slow so far. There is barely enough room on the fretboard to do those taps for that minor shape, maybe because my hands are huge, i shall conquer the skill eventually!

  • my video game can play this

  • final fantasy 7? lmao cause thats what i hear in the same game at the intro

  • it's good.. but sounds like a robot xD

  • lol when they are really slow it kinda reminds me on Final Fantasy 3 music. lol

  • Not Final Fantasy...it's Zelda! ^^

Almost same music appears, when link dies and returns to the fairy fountain :-D

  • @ArcFett yeah :)

  • ME TOOOOOOOOO

  • @ArcFett haha i herd that

  • @ArcFett TOTALLY. Crystal Prelude theme all the way. Beginning music for FF (most of them..i think 13 doesn't have it because 13 sucks)

  • @ArcFett hahaha totally hear that to!

  • you could do a sweep tap slide and it'd get about the same sound just not so individualized notes much easier btw. and i agree less gain and it'd sound smoother

  • It could sound better without that level of Gain in de Distortion.

  • my god thats so hard to do

  • My cat's name is Mittens.

  • Lol. nicely said.

  • Those are "pretty neat tricks" but somebody needs to tell Him that's not how you play guitar =D J/K

  • for Any one that doesnt know what hes doing

it is quite simple.. 4 octive G major triad taping the forth octive G along with A and B

    then he goes to a 4 octive A minor triad while taping the 4th A adding B C D

  • I like to say: Simplest things mostly sounds better

  • i agree. fast or loud doesn't mean good.

  • @score2000claxon1 Yes it does to certain extent

  • @score2000claxon1 There's something I always say abotu speed playing/guitar shredding: "while speed isn't everything, it sure is something" - just like money. Fact is, anyone can play slow but not not fast or extremely fast I should say. The extremely fast shredders can obviously play slow but the slower/blues players cannot play extremely fast. You must have both to be the best.

  • @metalhead4lifeyeah That was very well said.

  • i dont even know what youre saying... i gotta learn the lingo...

  • Holy motherfucking shit dude.........

  • what kind of guiat is that it looks amazing. i wanna buy it,

  • when my comp saw it it started makin noises

  • um.. how long have you been playing?

  • Awesome for some reason that reminded me of FF7

  • very nice man like your sound

  • Dude, I was just thinking that. It sounds like the music at the beginning of Final Fantasy VII.

  • Wow, it does sound like final fantasy VII. But you don't appreciate that skill. Def. does not sound like shit. that guy is fucking amazing

  • Their obviously back stage playing through small combo amps man... That guitar is not the problem... Use your brain and you will WIN =D
