This is one of the best instances of the uber-chain I have ever seen. I've ben working on a similar technique for a single medic doing it by himself, but it's risky without the back-up by far.

One person can destroy all their work, a pyro with air blast can just keep the meleeing medic from hitting anyone, then burn them down when the uber wears off.

But finding a pyro with skill is the problem, few and far between.

I remember on a duel server me and another medic were dicking around when he ubered me while I had my ubersaw out... filled up my uber and ubered him and he did the same... both of us didn't know what uber-chaining was so we did that combo the rest of the night while people shouted hax at us. (shortly after the medic update)

medic weapon unlock called the Ubersaw. It grants the medic using it a 25% Uber Charge on successful hit.

You'd need some pretty mad melee skills for that, but it does help that the Medic is faster than everyone else except the Scout. Damn. This would pretty much be a game breaker in a map like Melee Ring King.
