  • The video isn't too clear, but it appears that there are changes to pimples and even moles on his back. More so then I would expect over 14 days. I'm very much into HIT but have some reservations as to how authentic this video's is.

  • Mentzer's dad died from the same heart condition 15 years before Mike died. Brother Ray inherited chronic health conditions that led to his early death, too. If the Mentzer brothers hadn't exercised and lived as healthy as they did, they would have died even earlier. Steroids had nothing to do with their death. Neither one was a heavy user anyway. Mike abused all sorts of drugs during his manic-depressive years and even that didn't kill him. But his genetic profile did.

  • Why do you need to do 4 sets instead of 1:

    - rising the heart pulse safely

    - warming up the muscles and joints

    - increasing the volume of muscles

    - you are preparing yourself mentally for a big set

    If done properly you should have more strength at the last set than if you would have done it after a light warmup aside that training this way is more safe !

    Pulse raising is a myth. The warm up sets and a little light cardio will be enough for anyone of reasonable health

  • Why do top bodybuilders train differently ? I have never seen a top bodybuilder to train as another one! If only one method works than there should be only 1 big guy on the stage!Every video I've seen of top bodybuilders shows a high volume training.

  • HIT or Hight Intensity training really does work.Period. It involves Negatives on just about every exercise. Trust me, with heavy weight and Negatives, you won't wanna come back for more.   • In suggest a regular routine which consist of doing more volume, less intensity and more frequenzy. When I say less intensity, I don`t mean little, just less than all-out effort every workout. And most important; variate yout training on a regular basis. Variation is the most important factor in all training.
