In suggest a regular routine which consist of doing more volume, less intensity and more frequenzy. When I say less intensity, I don`t mean little, just less than all-out effort every workout. And most important; variate yout training on a regular basis. Variation is the most important factor in all training.

Why do you need to do 4 sets instead of 1:
- rising the heart pulse safely
- warming up the muscles and joints
- increasing the volume of muscles
- you are preparing yourself mentally for a big set
If done properly you should have more strength at the last set than if you would have done it after a light warmup aside that training this way is more safe !
