  • Clean the weight and do some front squats, and you can also jerk it and put it on your back, to crank out some back squats.

  • Pretty cool exercise with the big bar. You might want to put some locking collars on it though.

  • 1st of all when you jump like that bend your knees on landing or you will fuck up the joint, secondly the 1 legged squat never go that far down where your knees go over the toes or again you'll fuck up the knee joint and finally the weight that most people will squat with wont be able to be carried on the arms.

  • @calebg2008 it's known as a zercher squat. and no you wont be able to load it as much. but thats the beauty of it, if you get strong as fuck in that lift. i guarantee, you'll be strong as fuck in pretty much every other lift.

  • @calebg2008 Wrong wrong wrong. Hurting your knees is bullshit. You have to be flexible enough to stay on your heels. Infact, it's good for your knees. People say full-function squats are bad for your knees, when in reality, they are good for them. They're bad for people who do to much weight and don't build up there full-function squats from a light weight(even no weight). Those people come on the balls of their feet when they squat, or don't go all the way down, which can be bad for your knees.
