@Anime171 Both aplocales will create a new.exe file or icon equivalent. I order for your program to work, you must press the icon that the applocale creates for you.
@alston2reel lol i just did that no more than 3 minutes ago and that fixed that problem but now theres another one. i retried it and got a different error here is what it says:
@TheArcher20 It could be that you don;t have ownership permissions of the program files. Run your program in adminitrator mode or download the right click to to take ownership button. type "take ownership of folder windows 7," in google.
When i tried to install the apploc,, a message comes out.

i have the same program with applocale, "There is a problem with this Windows Installer package. A program required for this install to complete could not be run. Contact your support personnel or package vendor" and i download it today, what wrong?

@Chuaos I just updated this video with a new applocale program if your still having problem with the other one,. either check the subscriptions or press the link box in the video.
@sudapsekali If you are using w7 you should have to right click the msi package and run it as an Administrator or else you cannot install it as the installer is build for winxp. If you right click and run as Administrator AppLoc will install without problem
Okay I got as far as launching Applocale - then Detect The Language has a box w 3 squares in it as the language ("Japanese" is NOT in the drop-down list???). Clicking thru gives me the message "Your system does not have the language support for the selected language installed!"
@SonicFan3475 Open up command prompt as an administrator, so right-click command-prompt and select 'run as administrator'. Change the directory to wherever you've saved applocale setup.
So, for example,
CD\Users\YOURNAME\Downloads
Then, once you've found your directory, type in apploc.msi
Dude THANK YOU!!! I was about to give up and go Japanese mode on my pc. I didn't know about that emulator... epic stuff thx, and please PLZ make a voice over lmao
@alston2reel I just downloaded the applocale like so, and when I tried to install it, it said 'Item is missing and can not preform installation' But It didn't tell me what it was that I needed. o.o
@GwenPelittleLovesYou nah its not your computer at all lol see at the time I recorded this is i had an old cheap $10.00 mic so its all in low quality. lmao so man your computer is perfect its just my dumb mic try some headphone it may work then.
it works for the bought version as well i bought a couple off ebay and used them but this vid was mainly to diplay the unicode so u could use the japanese text
applocale says that my system does not have the language support for the selected language installed! eaven though i have installed every damn asian language in my computer :(
I assume you run Vista, if so disable the access control that normally kicks in when you try to install programs, this allows it to install without interruption, to do this access control panel, user accounts and family safety, user accounts and finally Turn User Account Control On or Off.
So does anyone know about the compatability with Windows Seven? I want to use mine with my laptop when it comes in, but my laptop has Windows 7 installed. Will it work?
go to C://, program files, vocaloid, and when you see the dll file delete (or cut) the ones that have _japanese at the end of them i believe there are four of them.
aplocale s used only if your computer cannot udersand the japanese symbols. if you want to make a song use use googe translate, run the program(applocale), click vocalid, then click japanese and the pogram should be able to allow you to post japanese dialog within it. (wihout i it just show up as squares and all miku sings is ahh) ^_^
THank you soo much!! i subscrived, but for some reason the applocale wont install somthing about my cp is mad at me or somthing, any suggestions on what to do?
all yu need to do is go to the program in ur c drive and delete the three files that end in _japanese, it will revert back to english and it should be str8 ^_^
but when i type thingthing else, i don't hear anything. another thing is, when i double click to type something in, it changes the word/s that's not in the box. so i still get the aaaaa sound
even though the unicode problem in your computer is fixed you still need to type the words in japanese. i foud that if you check the internet they have a torrent that allows luka's dictionary to be used with miku, rin, len, and everyone elses voices. Sad part is... i forgot the nme of the patch torrent so i cant post it D-:

@valencia03098 The applocale is a free program; but, the Vocaloid is not a free program and will need to be purchased.
P.s.: If you have purchased Vocaloid3 I am not sure if this will correctly works as I don't have a copy of Vocaloid3.

for me,
browse to Program Files/Vocaloid2 folder and rename Vocaloid2_Japanese.dll (for example to Vocaloid2_Japanese.dll.bak).
Then Vocaloid editor should be in english (worked for me)
that is if your downloaded it from the Pirate bay.
