  • You've truly captured some amazing scenery during your trips across the continent. Thank you so much for taking the time to make these videos and sharing them with everyone. Thumbs up & favorite.

  • Thanks for sharing.

  • stunning views...felt like a mini-vacation without the hassle of climbing etc. :D thanks

  • If I met a person with just as much jaw-dropping ignorance as that, I would flinch.

  • contact me on your next trip to the Tetons, I live in Wilson. :-)

  • is it me or does the lake at 3:34 look incredibly phallic?

  • yup, it sure does :P

  • how do you find the music you use for time lapse?

  • Google is your friend!

  • How does one find any music?

Delerium / Sarah McLachlan - Silence, if anyone's wondering.

  • Oh god, 3:12-3:32 just breathtaking. Can we get a full length video like that?

  • Your 'Herculean' efforts are very much appreciated.

    Cheers!

  • You should see the million dollar cowboy bar in Jackson hole. They use saddles for bar stools and serve bison steaks that are quite tasty.

  • I love the "youthful" look of the Tetons. Such sharp and crisp looking mountains. I thought you where up on Signal Mountain. I think Mt. Moran is my favorite peak, I love its sandstone dike that sets it apart.

  • Haha I like how you decided to start using proper capitalization and punctuation :P

    <3 TF

  • The mountains look like razor teeth. Or the view from inside a shark mouth. All sharp and pointy!

  • no girl with u? TF alone?

  • wtf the moon looks really tiny O_O

  • he has a 0.5x lens on the camera, effectively allowing twice as much scenery into the picture, at the cost of making it a little smaller. he showed the effect in one of his previous road trip videos.

  • Blame it on the Tetons, god I need a scapegoat now.

  • The moon is that small, but we percieve it to be bigger than it actually is.

  • The moon is small because he's using a wide-angle lens, giving us a wider field of view, but compressing objects in said view. The Tetons are also compressed, they would appear much larger had he not been using the lens.

  • I think we'd appreciate it if you would show us your images of Andromeda after you get them processed!

  • Comment removed

  • I've never seen the moon that small before.

  • yeah i thought it looked tiny aswell, perhaps quarter size, i know cameras can distort the size but i didnt think by that much

  • I think it looks smaller in photos than it seems when you achualy see it.

  • Probably a wide angle lens.

  • Hey Thunderf00t, have you ever done a video about your plane and if not would you consider doing do? I've always wondered how that stuff strapped to your head works!

  • He has done a video about the plane, but not the head gear. i think you can find the plane video it you search it in his channel.

  • he has

  • FactvsReligion has a video from when he visited her a few weeks ago, where he explains the headgear.

    watch?v=cc5DTj-oZzc

  • Really cool stuff. I just want you to know that your entire trip has been an inspiration Thunderf00t.

  • Very nice work.

  • I love the wide-angle lens.

Now you're stuck on the mountain in the middle of the night.

  • Beautiful footage.

PS. at 0:17, I see that you have a rocket engine in your car too. ;)

  • love it

  • WOW

  • I'm still waiting to see if you visit the Rocky Mountains. Stop by and say hi.

  • If you need a scapegoat just blame it on the Tetons

  • i was about to say that :)

  • awesome song

  • This isn't the real immendam.

  • immendham, you're as pathetic as debunkThunderf00t and any other channel like them.

Actually, I'm wrong, at least debunkthunderf00t was an actual channel and not some sad act trolling around pretending to be him.

  • immendham,

    You're right...You sound exactly like you've got a mouthful.

  • Re: M13-if everyone'd been focused on the Moon - then "is it lit by the Sun?" might not be a question born of ignorance, but newly applied learning-albeit misapplied. Mistakes don't necessarily signal ignorance or failure-sometimes they can be signals of success...lost in translation.

  • That has to be one of the most impressive geological areas I have ever been to in my life. To think of how those peaks were shattered by past eruptions of the Yellowstone hot spot is so humbling and fearfully awe inspiring.

I am glad you got to visit there, you are the type of person that would appreciate the deeper story of that wonderful area. See any Bears?

  • As always, splendid!

  • That's an inappropriately shaped pond.

  • "That's an inappropriately shaped pond."

Just consider it naughty by nature. ;)

Those Tetons are certainly scenic and wondrous.

  • Thanks for all the beautiful and informative vids Thunderf00t.

Being a Brit it just warms me cockles seeing you do your stuff.

    Massive respect.

  • beautiful vid tfoot

friend me on blogtv, gotta see when my favourite freethinkers are on

    greets from germany

  • That looks lovely. Thunderf00t wants to climb that mountain! Can't wait!

  • What kind of job's let's you have 1 3/4 months, and counting off?

  • Scientist =D

  • Evolutionist, Darwinist. Something made up at least.

    or teacher.

  • Beautiful. One thing that did shock me was the music. It seems some nice symphonic metal ballad would be better to do such splendor justice... like Nightwish XD. Nevertheless, bravo Tf00t

  • Lol for some reason at first I thought the title said "Thetans" like those weird things they believe in Scientology. I was like wtf?!

  • OMG slow down!

  • Ahhh...the Grand Tetons.....nature's big bosom.

  • You stole my thought!!

  • Truly amazing, thanks for taking us along on your trek. Its really amazing and enjoyable to share in your adventure without all the inconvenience of roughing it along with you. lol

    Thanks again, Cheers.

  • Absolutely beautiful time capture and scenery as always.

  • Be carefull going up there.

  • sweeet!
