@BartlesvilleGuy28 Oh thanks!! I go to a bit of effort so its really nice you niticed. well, we got the guitar running through a line 6 pod xt live with 1 channel going to an amp that is very quiet for doug to monitor and the other channel going to an mBox2 into pro-tools and a tie clip mic going to the other input of the mBox and into pro-tools. then just mix master and sync with videos then edit. Cheers!! :)
DOUG!! huge fan here i love your shred style man, i was wondering if you would be down to tab out the arpeggio/taps at 0.33 ide love to learn that if possible lol thanks
To be honest I think that they don't give good sound. I have very similar one ,and the only good thing in this pick is ,that it's "immortal" xD and good to sweep ,cause it's pretty fat pick. But to normal alternate picking it;s not very good. I know how those guitars sounds when Mikko Salovaara plays them ,and his sound is much better. But Doug is great shreder.
@ninjaassassin27 i like both the red and black. im not much of a shred guy (still think its awesome) just cant really play it. im more of a blues jazz guy. the eric johnson jazz III's are great too
I was hoping that the wink at the end of my comment would've indicated a little thing called "sarcasm". Quite ironic how you call other people dumb, when you can't pick up on the simplest idiosyncrasies of the English language.
Oh, and just for future: if you're going to criticise another's intelligence, at least try to make yourself seem intelligent by utilising a little thing called "grammar". Pot calling the kettle black and all that.
hey could you tell me the sweeps your playing on 0:32-0:47 please thanks..
