  • Why is her voice so bad? The low frequencies are too exaggerated making this almost impossible to listen to.

  • Is there ant socially relevant themes in this novel?

  • @BaurakAle7 Wtf is a mormon? some sort of animal??

  • @BaurakAle7 lol That reminds of a certain comedy central cartoon that has been recently under threat by muslim extremist.

  • @BaurakAle7 The Lost Boys? Is that that vampire teenage story that was made into a movie in the 80's.

  • @BaurakAle7 D&D Pedophilia? WTF? How did he explain that?

  • I always thought Stephanie Meyer's writing was so bad that she didn't even notice the afeminist rubbish she had in her book. She's also Mormon.

  • Interesting points. But you do understand why I view being a house wife as unfeminist, right? It indirectly allows for power to be put on the man's side due to economic pressures coming from him.

  • The main reason the Twilight argument is pointless is because its getting judged off what a girl/boy relationship should be. The movie is about a vampire/human relationship which cant be judged by the same standard, seeing as its fictional. Should girls get married when there 19?No. Should they get married at 19 if their significant other will never age past 17? I have no idea, sounds like it should be her choice, which is what feminsm should be defending.

  • The second comment I would make is that the "Twilight Feminist" issue also alienates feminism. It seems like a reach and comes across that way to all non-feminist. Feminism is about choice: Bella gets her way in every disagreement with Edward. Even feminist issues like pro choice. Edward wanted to "abort" the baby, Bella wanted to keep it, which did they do? She got her way like every other topic in the book....

  • Feminism has done that to themselves. They started off wanting to get equal rights for women and to break the traditional mold of the "house wife". Once they got women more choices, some, not all, got mad when women use that choice to be "house wives" Once they made it to where being feminist meant you couldnt make those choices any more, they limited women, which were what they originally tried to stop.
