  • five stars! real nice.

  • aceyalone is da shit!!

  • What album/compilation is this from?

  • The question was: "What time is it?" My answer: I think it's time those three formed a new group and cut an album!

  • I just realized how dope the graffiti was. Aha

  • I don't think you are really listening to this song if you don't like it. The lyrics are so on the money and the sound is clear. This track is awesome.

  • Ace One!

  • Disappointing!!!! Some legends of the game just can't make it happen anymore..I feel for this guys :(

  • @olkicksz really i dig this its better the most of the shit out

  • @olkicksz Your disloyalty is the only thing that's disappointing.

  • God damn this beat goes so hard

  • Aceyalone on fire as always!

  • I'm still not ready for those early 90's beats to come back.

  • @UpriseNuffLies

This beat has nothing to do with the early nineties (live drums?). Check your ears.

  • @slater080808 Regardless of the fact that hip hop groups were using live instrumentation at that time, it's pretty difficult not to recognize the snare and echoing Pete Rock style horns coming straight from that era...with an Ice-T bassline from the 80's. That's pretty much the entire beat. I'm not hating, just not personally ready for that sound to come back.

No. I said/meant just the opposite, hip hop groups were not using a lot of live instrumentation at that time (Pharcyde's first LP had some, but it was an exception). I'll give you the echoing horns, but Ice-T bassline? That's a generic bassline, could be any era. And this beat has "new" sounding rock drums, which would've been out of place in the break-heavy nineties. In fact, the whole beat has a "rock" feel which most people would not associate with the early nineties.

  • ojoojojojojojojo pharcyde returnssssssss, the real good rap of the west cost, nice and aceyalone good track! sorry for my inglish i'm spanishhh

  • These were some of the cats who smashed the myths about what West Coast artists were collectively all about. I'm glad to see Fat Lip doin it strong again. In my opinion, Pharcyde was never quite as raw without him. He's just insane with it.

  • damn...hella tight

  • Sweet shit

  • *shaking head

  • hot track !

    thanks

  • That shits nice man

  • wass'up FAT LIP??
