I would usually make a joke here about how hypnotoad was actually right, but your last line is concerning to me. You say "I'm a chick, and I knew that," as if being female makes you handicapped somehow. Women are as capable as men at doing almost anything (though your physical prowess is less than that of men, it is sad to say). Even when it comes to trivial facts about old-school pop-culture you shouldn't sell yourself short like this. You can know anything a man can know.
