There's only so little I can say, except that you still should not give up, but keep a positive attitude and the things you can do; as long as there's life, there's hope.

i had the same disease,i had done posterior decompression,now planning to do anterior decompression cause having bad spasticity such as cloners,sensitive tendon reflex,and stiffness and also neck tiredness that make me very umcomfortable

I do know that my parents both were great role models, each of them in their own way, when it comes to social contacts of all kinds. You'll find very much of my mother and my father in me; I learned so much from them, but without realizing that back then, making me what I am today.

And I still learn, every day, with every new person I meet, young & old. Keeps me alive and brings a smile to my face, that I love to share :-)
