It's hard to say who is lyrically better coz it depends what you want from your music. If you want to hear relevant, political rap then its Immortal Technique. If you like it from the heart, party anthems and heavy shit, its Tech N9ne. I personally prefer Tech N9ne because I can read Immortals content in a newspaper or online.
When it comes down to flow and physical ability there is only one winner and thats Tech N9ne. Ive never heard anyone with that speed, patterns and range.
They are two completely different kinds of lyricists. Immortal can freestyle and battle for days. As much as I admire and respect the political and socially active aspects of his music, he can get preachy. He can't really write a hook, and he has one flow. N9ne can't freestyle, his music isn't loaded with punchlines or clever metaphors. Much of his music is party shit. But all of his music is from the heart. His flow(s) is ridiculous. Speed, clarity, vocabulary. BTW Riotmaker was a poor choice

Yes Tech N9ne is great and I love them.. This battle is hard for me!! Tech N9ne is something that I love to listen to when im working or something it is something that I rly get into!! Tech N9ne is clearly the better rapper. Rapping is as much about flow and delivery as it is lyrics. Tech is the best at both. Also tech may be the best concert rapper ever! Don't get me wrong I like immortal technique, I think he raps about alot of global issues that other artist wouldn't dare touch. But I can't listen to immortal technique all day like I can with tech. I'm 23 so I love it when artist challenge my mind but I also like to kick it every now and then too. I can do both with tech

Immortal Technique does have good stories to rap about but has the same flow for every song. it sounds like hes just reading his lyrics instead of actually spitting them out with passion. Tech N9ne can keep the same rhymes going throughout a whole verse and has different flows for every song. So if i had to pick between them, id pick Tech N9ne for more entertaining music.

Psh Tech N9ne is deff better. His beats are better, his lyrics are better, and he can spit way fuckin faster than immortal technique. I like immortal technique for his way of telling stories. But T9 tells stories too, and Im sure that if he wanted to he could go into just as much detail as immortal technique.

It's hard to say who is lyrically better coz it depends what you want from your music. If you want to hear relevant, political rap then its Immortal Technique. If you like it from the heart, party anthems and heavy shit, its Tech N9ne. I personally prefer Tech N9ne because I can read Immortals content in a newspaper or online.
When it comes down to flow and physical ability there is only one winner and thats Tech N9ne. Ive never heard anyone with that speed, patterns and range.

They are two completely different kinds of lyricists. Immortal can freestyle and battle for days. As much as I admire and respect the political and socially active aspects of his music, he can get preachy. He can't really write a hook, and he has one flow. N9ne can't freestyle, his music isn't loaded with punchlines or clever metaphors. Much of his music is party shit. But all of his music is from the heart. His flow(s) is ridiculous. Speed, clarity, vocabulary. BTW Riotmaker was a poor choice
