I'm a block down and watched most of this go down, standing next to a couple residents of the building. So fortunate no one was hurt or worse. So sad for everyone else. In other videos you can really hear the fireworks. I wonder if those caused it.

Had the cat packed up in case the fire spread. The window glass was actually hot to the touch.
