  • @Andreas748 Not all, but better than boiling. Juice or smoothie is best.

  • @richmanpoman1 Yes, i generally juice it or put it in a smoothie, that way I can consume 3-500gms in one go. in this lifetime my background is Irish but I don't see myself as being from anywhere.
