Orton is still better then Cody however. Orton was actually better in his younger days.

There is not one guy in WWE today who can cut amazing promos up there with the greats like Terry Funk, Ric Flair & Mick Foley etc. HHH/Punk/Big Show are good. Christian decent, Cena sometimes.

He also will need to do a lot more then improve his promos to break into the Main Events.
