that's how I felt when I first played half life 2 because I never played half life until a while ago when they had that half life for a dollar sale. You can pick it up online for like 5 dollars or wait for black mesa source to come out

"I dunno".Half Life 1 is just sort of,aliens appear and stuff happens.You never meet Barney and Eli,they were just random NPCs.And I understood KH2 easy because I read the strategy guide :D

I need to play Half-LIfe 1, just so I can say I can. I have a feeling it's really outdated now, but it would be interesting to see how things had evolved.

Not really. It's loved by most everyone though, so I can't really say that I deter anyone from seeing it. I'm in the minority.
