Demcad, why do you need 3 guns? How you gonna bug out with 3 guns and ammo for each? Historically in US, 1 gun per family. Demcad-3 guns per Demcad! Military gives you 1 to fight a war with! I suggest you purchase the $389 Bulgarian AK-74 that MrLockandLoad is recommending and end this now! People, if you believe BAD things are going to happen (there is a lot to support this historically/spiritually!) store and HIDE, water, food and fuel before you buy a 2nd gun or ANY gun! God Bless!
I'm getting my hand gun license this winter and I'm looking at the Glock 21 in OD green as well as some Sig Sauers. In your research, which mfg is known to be more reliable, accurate and easy for parts sourcing? I realize the Sigs are twice the price, but I still think they're reasonably priced.
You definitely should have gotten the .40 cal. Truly a much better round than the .45. Why? 1. Cheaper. 2. Less recoil 3. Most importantly, more stopping power
.40 is a supersonic round bringing into play the principal of hydroshock. The supersonic shock wave it produces in a soft target ie. The human body, causes more trauma thus more stopping power. .45 is sub sonic.
@roharatube Regarding recoil, most shooters perceive the ol' four five to have less due to its slower impulse. Secondly, velocity only matters when comparing with rifle rounds where hydrostatic shock imparts temporary tissue displacement (~>2,500 FPS) OR when punching through barriers such as car doors and windows are important which are typically law enforcement engagements. In purely self defense scenarios, only what you shoot accurately is of importance with modern ammo.
Hey Demcad, nice piece! Thx for the info on your videos. Very informative. I think we should all be like the ant which prepares for food before the winter arrives. In this case, preparing for natural or manmade disasters whether they happen or not. As for me, being prepared is great but having faith in God to get you thru whatever storms may come our way is also needed. Spread the word & keep those vids coming. Good luck!
Reg! Have you considered getting a deer barrel for your Mossberg? One of my first Shotguns was a Mossberg pump! I bought a deer barrel for it with front and rear sights on it! You just switch barrels when you want to screw around with slugs! Note; I bought the barrel probably 25 years ago so I don't know for sure if they're still made, but worth a look if you want good sights on your shotgun!
90% of all gun shoot out deaths in US history have taken place in less then 25 feet. If you can consistently hit your target at 25 - 30 feet, you will be fine...historically speaking.
A little hard kickback. You have to slightly lower the barrel to get on the target. Good thing about the .45 glock you can convert it to a .50 krispy.
i mentioned my g33 in another vid.it's a subcompact 357sig.since ammo is so expensive,a salesman at the range i go to told me lone wolf made a 9mm conversion barrel for around $100.i hate those little mag loaders that comes with the glock,i found in a glock sales book an uplula universal quick mag loader that fits mags from 9mm-45cal for around $30
@areyoulookinatmepal1 The sig .357 is an awesome load, but unless you are reloading your own, in an SHTF situation, you might find it tougher to find ammo than if you went with a less specialized load.
I want to go and get a glock 21 everytime you make one of these videos. I bought a new HK P30 9mm, it's nice but I was pissed when it jammed after about 120 rounds. When I took the gun apart I noticed the inner slide rail (plastic part) was gouged as if I took a knife to it. They better replace the damn thing.
Agreed. To take it further, I think too much time and energy is spent on discussing 'Firepower'. Having too much firepower makes you a target of LE, and people who see it as a high value posession. Best bet is to have enough to be effective, but not so much that you become someone else's means to an end.
45 is so much more expensive, and less mag capacity, and takes longer to recover for the next shot. As far as ballistics, even the U.S. military concluded that there's not any real benefit to 45, vs 9 mil. I recomend the glock 19 over this any day.
@ronaldoelpaso I'd suggest taking that rational back to the drawing board. They don't issue 9mms in the military for a reason...STOPPING POWER! 9mms tend to go through targets, hence why LEOs tend to use either 40 S&W, or .45 acp. Some even go for 10mms here in Oregon. Target re-acquisition is why it is a good idea to test weapons out before buying them. There are just too many factors to "ideologically" pre-limit yourself to a certain weapon, manufacturer, or load.
Hey Demcad, if you're willing to mail me some HS-6 (Hogden) powder and your spent brass, I'd be happy to reload those .45 for you. I've got 87 rounds I'd be happy to donate to your shooting endeavors.
Well...ok? If you like that gun-type thing. Does it make ya feel like Dirty Harry?? LOL
Seems to me that we are preparing for our fellow Americans to be "the enemy". I just don't think that's quite the right mindset to have in this collapse scenario. That is not to say that I'm against anyone owning a firearm. I just see too much snickering and joking about a means to take another life. The demons come, kids. Take a life and the demons come. You better be sure...and alot more serious!
@OzoGem I agree in theory. Making alliances and keeping friends and family close in bad situations will contribute more to long term survival. However, one mean SOB with a gun will ruin everyones day. So goes the adage: 'I'd rather have a gun and not need it. Then need a gun and not have it." Having one doesn't make you do bad things, but not having one can make you experience bad things. That's my own.
@Brajabu74 I hear ya! Like I said, I'm not in any way against gun ownership or the right to protect onesself from any personal danger by any means necessary. However, I'd only like to see the discussion take the serious tone it deserves. Non-lethal weapons can be equally effective in certain situations as well.
"...Cuz violence, here, is a social norm. You got to humanize yourself! Rehumanize Yourself!" ;)
@OzoGem You're correct people have a twisted mindset treating all Americans like an enemy. War is horrible itself, but I recently learned civil war is much worse because you don't know who to trust. I know someone who grew up when Spain civil war broke out & he said people are like savages when times get tough. Neighbors were turning on each other, people would shoot you for what you had. The military would wait in R rated movies & once everyone was in they would lead you out to join the army.
I think the knock down argument that larger caliber is better is moot if you look at the gelatin tests, it depends on the ammo. Knowing that I think 9mm is better because it allows you higher magazine capacity.
@slinkycat321 The Glock 21 has 13 rounds in a standard magazine, If you can't get the job done with 13 rounds of 45 caliber, you're doing something wrong. LOL
@DEMCAD well said, but seriously in a self defense situation you need every advantage you can get and need the highest margin of error as possible. Is 13 rounds enough? Maybe but don't count on it.
@slinkycat321 In Hawaii you can only have 10 rounds max. If you think about it, most revolvers have 6 rounds, and that's plenty. I wouldn't want to get hit by a .44
@DEMCAD I totally agree if you can't get the job done in a normal self defense situation with 13 rounds than you are doing something wrong. Not saying the 9mm is better, but my reason for choosing 9mm was...More rounds in a smaller gun. A glock 19 is smaller and has 15+1 capacity. 9mm has ample stopping power even though no one has complained about using to big a bullet when shooting someone. Less recoil for quicker follow up shots. Cheaper ammo lets me practice more often.
@6second2004gto I'm sure you all know that the range is a completely different thing than being in a real self defense situation. I already knew this from having been through an attempted burglary once, but I recently heard a stat that puts this in perspective. The stat is...only about 16% of all shots fired in defense situations using a handgun hits it's target. That includes police shootings and civilian personal defense shootings.
@slinkycat321 WRONG! Glocks in 9mm are too lite and tend to jump around making target re-acquisition more difficult. Mag-capacity means jack-shit unless you are addressing MULTIPLE targets (ask any cop and they will tell you straight up that if you can't hit it within the first 3 rounds you are most likely dead). Also 9mms tend to go through targets (especially flesh-based targets) which is why I prefer a 40 S&W or a .45 ACP.
I think you should have done just a little more homework before deciding to go with a Glock. Don't get me wrong the range of after-market add-ons for Glocks is AWESOME, but they do tend to wear out quicker than weapons with machined slides (and they have been known to bite their operators). For reliability (and over-all bad-assededness) I went with an H&K 40 S&W USP.Before buying your next weapon I suggest going to a range that has rentals so you can fine-tune your choice to your feel.
@slinkycat321, I think your forgetting the most important part of that argument. With a 9mm round you can fire more rounds accurately in the same time frame (less recoil)
I didn't see you holding the gun sideways in one hand (like in a fist) and shooting like the gangstas do in the movies....have you ever tried that at the range? (lol just JOKING)
The 45 is too much for the average Joe on the street to handle, when the target is 30 to 50 feet away IMHO. Give me the .357 with reloads and my groupings are much tighter and the rounds stream smoother without all the kick. People with little experience might find the revolvers easier to use and especially using mismatched ammo that can jam up the automatics. However, if you are a big guy with big hands/arms and plenty of experience, then maybe you can handle the 45 in a survival situations
I learned a valuable Glock lesson this last weekend. Buy and carry spare springs. My G36 (The smallest .45) trigger went dead on me. When the trigger spring breaks the trigger won't reset, even when the slide is racked. No worries though, I carry a spare. A spare G36 that is!!! My G21 has never failed me, but I am getting extra springs for all of them. Thanks for the vid
@MisterThomasPAINE I've never had a problem with my glock feeding any ammo. Although for my "just in case" magazine i would recommend Speer ammunition. not cheap, but when it matters, you need to have the best.
SPECIAL FORCES IN THE MILITARY PERFER 45 CALIBER DUE TO ITS KNOCK DOWN POWER, WHEN A SOILDER HAS TO DEAL WITH A SUICIDE BOMBER JUS A FEW FEET AWAY, THAT FIRST SHOOT NEEDS TO BE A MAN STOPPER AND EVEN IF THEY WEAR BODY ARMOR , THE KINETIC ENERGY WILL CAUSE BLUNT FORCE TRAUMA. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
@realization101 please don't spread false information. all special forces units do NOT use .45. Any operator will tell you that shot placement matter more than caliber.
@417BoyWonder EXCUSE ME wonder boy, please do some research because regardless of shot placement with all conditions being the same the 45 cal has more knock down power, stopping power, supreme power !!!!!!!!!!!! over 9mm.
@realization101 it doesn't matter how powerful a round is if you can't hit with it so it is impossible to say "regardless of shot placement". that being said yes a 9mm transfers less kinetic energy than a 45. but if you put two in the chest and one in the head of anyone, they aren't going to know the difference. Shot Placement.
@417BoyWonder You are correct. Too many armchair black ops army seals think because they play a game or watch movies they are experts in terminal ballistics. The ridiculous stories of a .45 taking a persons hand clean off or a round to their pinky spinning them around still persist. I still haven't been able to get anyone to agree to being shot with a 9mm or 5.56 after they proclaiming those "mouse rounds".
A bullet to the central nervous system will most likely kill no matter what caliber.
@imbroglio1 Gotta give them a litle break though, They're just repeating something another "expert" said lol. All kidding aside they probably just have limited to no expirience with firearms. It's a common stereotype that bigger must mean better.
@realization101 Kinetic energy from a bullet alone WILL NOT "knock down" a person. Nervous system damage does.
PLEASE WATCH A VIDEO CALLED "BODY ARMOR" BY L1A1. A round of 7.62x51 at less than 3 feet away into someone wearing level Iv body armor does not even phase or knock him off balance while standing on 1 foot. Neither does a .44mag knock down the guy shooting himself in the chest while wearing level III armor.
@jabmalassie Go to your local large retail bookstore and they will have different gun magazines you can look at. One thing you'll learn is everyone has their favorite. Mine is Glock but there are many quality firearms on the market. The main point with a firearm is to buy quality. Don't let a cheap price be a major factor if you can help it, you want quality, after all, one day you may have your life or the life of a loved one depending on your firearm.
DEMCAD, that crazy white boy is going to get somebody (you) hurt/killed someday. At the miss fire at 3:40, his first reaction was to almost look down the barrel & point the gun at the guy to his left with his finger on the trigger. Yikes! Good luck with that!
@FrontCortex thou i did see him point the gun to the high and to the left with his finger on the trigger i did not see any miss fire nore did i see him try to look down the barrel i think he did not let the trigger reset or he was not squeezing the trigger safty properly
@kaihoosi1 No, WTF are you, a safety police, police?? I didn't nit-pick, or tell anyone how to do it right, just pointed out a stupid, careless, irresponsible, sloppy move that apparently DEMCAD didn't see.
@MrGAB4444 I'm not special forces so I do not know what they are carrying, but I do like 9mm for my carry weapon. It's a common round, has enough stopping power when using hollow points, greater capacity than a 45, less recoil allows me to regain sight picture quicker for faster follow up shots, and it's cheaper to shoot so I can practice more for my money. Where do you get the idea lighter weight facilitates jamming? My glock has never jammed and I've fired several thousand rounds thru it.
@6second2004gto Glocks will stove-pipe if you don't hold them properly. Actually it is relatively common with polymer-framed, stamped-slide weapons....especially in the later-half of a mag.
@Ozlanthos I can only speak for my personal experience. I've shot several thousand rounds through my glock 19 without any issue. I've used everything from top quality personal defense ammo all the way down to steel cased wolf. I can also say that when I first started with a handgun I was terrible it took me alot of practice to get good and I still have plenty of room for improvement. I cannot say glock is the best gun, but I can say they are damn reliable that is why I carry one.
@6second2004gto I find comfort and confidence to be amongst the most important aspects of firearms. If a G19 is what you are confident and comfortable with, then I see nothing wrong with it. I was simply speaking from my own experience, confidence and comfort as well.....which is why I own a 40 S&W USP.
@Ozlanthos Right on!!! Everyone should carry what they are most comfortable with for their own reasons. That's why I can't understand the people that dislike this video. Demcad is just showing his personal choice of weapon and giving the reasons why he chose it. There are some guns out there that I would like to get my hands on and try out like a 9mm berretta or the compact walther 9mm just to see if I like them. For now my glock 19 is what I'm most comfortable with as my carry weapon.
@6second2004gto I do know that every handgun I own is 9mm mostly because it's easier to stock and store a common round than it is to have multiple rounds. I only stock...9mm for handgun...12 gauge for shotgun...5.56 for semi auto rifle... and 308
@MrGAB4444 It's so true. When I took a girl shooting, she jammed every stamped-slide weapon I put in her hands...Switched her up to a USP, and it all worked out like butter!
Since 9mm is the NATO caliber I'd suggest you get a Lone Wolf 9mm conversion barrel and some 9mm magazines. In a collapse I'd imagine 9mm would be easier to find.
@rooftopeagle I doubt it. Most law enforcement agencies in the u.s. including the FBI use Glocks chambered in .40 S&W. Many other police agencies still use .45
@AncientLegacy True, some also use .357sig (or at least did). One thing about police where I am is that they don't have an stockpile, they keep enough on hand to get them through a bad month. It is true that .45, .40 and 9mm are all very common calibers in almost any country but the most available ammo after a collapse will be in military stockpiles. Since the military uses mostly 9mm it's more likely to be found post collapse. Some military units use .45 but the average soldier uses 9mm.
You could not have picked a better hand gun in my opinion. I have a 1st generation Glock 17 that I have put thousands of round through and have not had any problems with. Do some research and see what are the common parts that wear out and get a few extra parts. It will be a gun that will serve you well.
Sens. Joe Liebermann (I-Conn.) and Susan Collins (R-Maine) want to give the president the power to shut off the internet in the event of a cyber emergency.
So what did Obama promise these two?
Is there a connection with why Lieberman won't run again?
Please contact them and ask them to stop enabling ObamMao dictator wannabe
45 is still the king baby! I personally went with the glock 22 because of ammo camacity/ammo price and the fact that it is a very common police gun in WV. Replacement parts are cheap and easy to find too.
I have heard nothing but good things about Glock with the exception of the crappy factory sights...so what are the bad things about Glocks that you mentioned in the begining of the video???
I did no research I bouth my first gun bause I got a ruger P89 15 round mags for my $300 I got a machine gun canister full of bullets 2 25 round mags 2 15 round mags the weapon has done what I need it to do but it is huge and heavy you can't conceal unless it is winter I have the NA22 for concealment face to face combat is why I have it. The people that have pulled guns on me have always been with in 5 yards they might as well carry a knife.
@areyoulookinatmepal1 It doe not hurt a Glock to dry fire. Firing it without ammo trains your finger to squeeze until the trigger breaks. Most people will pull the trigger too quickly and it hurts accuracy.
@AllTheSame711 No, you don't. Because very few people will actually carry a heavy gun, which means if something goes down, you are less likely to have your gun. Btw, the recoil of the Glock 21 was very little.
@AllTheSame711 In my opinion if you carry concealed you'd want a lighter gun but if you can open carry then a full size gun would be better. I agree that the heavier guns are nicer to shoot.
Hey DEMCAD, you should try the Glock 20, 10mm. Kudos to the commenter with the .40cal conversion barrel. Lone Wolf Distributors make a great product. Fight the goood fight DEMCAD.......CRASH JPMORGAN. BUY SILVER.
Hey everybody watch the video again and tell me what the 2nd shooter did wrong, I can't believe noone has pointed it out yet.

FNP 45 will give you 15 in the mag and on in the pipe.
climbingtothetop 1 year ago
I think the knock down argument that larger caliber is better is moot if you look at the gelatin tests, it depends on the ammo. Knowing that I think 9mm is better because it allows you higher magazine capacity.
slinkycat321 1 year ago 4
@slinkycat321 The Glock 21 has 13 rounds in a standard magazine, If you can't get the job done with 13 rounds of 45 caliber, you're doing something wrong. LOL
DEMCAD 1 year ago 15
@DEMCAD well said, but seriously in a self defense situation you need every advantage you can get and need the highest margin of error as possible. Is 13 rounds enough? Maybe but don't count on it.
slinkycat321 1 year ago
@slinkycat321 In Hawaii you can only have 10 rounds max. If you think about it, most revolvers have 6 rounds, and that's plenty. I wouldn't want to get hit by a .44
puapake 1 year ago
@DEMCAD Agreed!!!
SNIPERSTEVE420 1 year ago
@DEMCAD I totally agree if you can't get the job done in a normal self defense situation with 13 rounds than you are doing something wrong. Not saying the 9mm is better, but my reason for choosing 9mm was...More rounds in a smaller gun. A glock 19 is smaller and has 15+1 capacity. 9mm has ample stopping power even though no one has complained about using to big a bullet when shooting someone. Less recoil for quicker follow up shots. Cheaper ammo lets me practice more often.
6second2004gto 1 year ago
@6second2004gto I'm sure you all know that the range is a completely different thing than being in a real self defense situation. I already knew this from having been through an attempted burglary once, but I recently heard a stat that puts this in perspective. The stat is...only about 16% of all shots fired in defense situations using a handgun hits it's target. That includes police shootings and civilian personal defense shootings.
6second2004gto 1 year ago
@DEMCAD ME LIKE!!!
Glock21123 1 year ago

With a 9mm round you can fire more rounds accurately in the same time frame (less recoil)

mja2035 1 year ago
The 45 is too much for the average Joe on the street to handle, when the target is 30 to 50 feet away IMHO. Give me the .357 with reloads and my groupings are much tighter and the rounds stream smoother without all the kick. People with little experience might find the revolvers easier to use and especially using mismatched ammo that can jam up the automatics. However, if you are a big guy with big hands/arms and plenty of experience, then maybe you can handle the 45 in a survival situations

Demcad,
I learned a valuable Glock lesson this last weekend.

417BoyWonder 1 year ago
@417BoyWonder EXCUSE ME wonder boy, please do some research because regardless of shot placement with all conditions being the same the 45 cal has more knock down power, stopping power, supreme power !!!!!!!!!!!! over 9mm.
realization101 1 year ago
@realization101 it doesn't matter how powerful a round is if you can't hit with it so it is impossible to say "regardless of shot placement". that being said yes a 9mm transfers less kinetic energy than a 45. but if you put two in the chest and one in the head of anyone, they aren't going to know the difference. Shot Placement.
417BoyWonder 1 year ago
@417BoyWonder You are correct. Too many armchair black ops army seals think because they play a game or watch movies they are experts in terminal ballistics. The ridiculous stories of a .45 taking a persons hand clean off or a round to their pinky spinning them around still persist. I still haven't been able to get anyone to agree to being shot with a 9mm or 5.56 after they proclaiming those "mouse rounds".
A bullet to the central nervous system will most likely kill no matter what caliber.
imbroglio1 1 year ago
@imbroglio1 Gotta give them a litle break though, They're just repeating something another "expert" said lol. All kidding aside they probably just have limited to no expirience with firearms. It's a common stereotype that bigger must mean better.
417BoyWonder 1 year ago
@realization101 Kinetic energy from a bullet alone WILL NOT "knock down" a person. Nervous system damage does.
PLEASE WATCH A VIDEO CALLED "BODY ARMOR" BY L1A1. A round of 7.62x51 at less than 3 feet away into someone wearing level Iv body armor does not even phase or knock him off balance while standing on 1 foot. Neither does a .44mag knock down the guy shooting himself in the chest while wearing level III armor.
Blackops and Counterstrike is not the real world.

jabmalassie 1 year ago

Heavier gun = less recoil and less barrel jump.
a10fjet 1 year ago
Special forces carry Sig for a reason, many prefer 9mm (weight of gun and round=rapid/accurate [ lower recoil ] firing.
Lighter weight doesn't absorb recoil as well (slowing follow up accuracy) and facilitates jamming.
MrGAB4444 1 year ago
@MrGAB4444 I'm not special forces so I do not know what they are carrying, but I do like 9mm for my carry weapon. It's a common round, has enough stopping power when using hollow points, greater capacity than a 45, less recoil allows me to regain sight picture quicker for faster follow up shots, and it's cheaper to shoot so I can practice more for my money. Where do you get the idea lighter weight facilitates jamming? My glock has never jammed and I've fired several thousand rounds thru it.
6second2004gto 1 year ago
@6second2004gto Glocks will stove-pipe if you don't hold them properly. Actually it is relatively common with polymer-framed, stamped-slide weapons....especially in the later-half of a mag.
-Oz
Ozlanthos 1 year ago
@Ozlanthos I can only speak for my personal experience. I've shot several thousand rounds through my glock 19 without any issue. I've used everything from top quality personal defense ammo all the way down to steel cased wolf. I can also say that when I first started with a handgun I was terrible it took me alot of practice to get good and I still have plenty of room for improvement. I cannot say glock is the best gun, but I can say they are damn reliable that is why I carry one.
6second2004gto 1 year ago
@6second2004gto I find comfort and confidence to be amongst the most important aspects of firearms. If a G19 is what you are confident and comfortable with, then I see nothing wrong with it. I was simply speaking from my own experience, confidence and comfort as well.....which is why I own a 40 S&W USP.
-Oz
Ozlanthos 1 year ago
@Ozlanthos Right on!!! Everyone should carry what they are most comfortable with for their own reasons. That's why I can't understand the people that dislike this video. Demcad is just showing his personal choice of weapon and giving the reasons why he chose it. There are some guns out there that I would like to get my hands on and try out like a 9mm berretta or the compact walther 9mm just to see if I like them. For now my glock 19 is what I'm most comfortable with as my carry weapon.
6second2004gto 1 year ago
@6second2004gto I do know that every handgun I own is 9mm mostly because it's easier to stock and store a common round than it is to have multiple rounds. I only stock...9mm for handgun...12 gauge for shotgun...5.56 for semi auto rifle... and 308
6second2004gto 1 year ago
@MrGAB4444 It's so true. When I took a girl shooting, she jammed every stamped-slide weapon I put in her hands...Switched her up to a USP, and it all worked out like butter!

Since 9mm is the NATO caliber I'd suggest you get a Lone Wolf 9mm conversion barrel and some 9mm magazines. In a collapse I'd imagine 9mm would be easier to find.
rooftopeagle 1 year ago
@rooftopeagle I doubt it. Most law enforcement agencies in the u.s. including the FBI use Glocks chambered in .40 S&W. Many other police agencies still use .45
AncientLegacy 1 year ago
@AncientLegacy Yeah, .40 S&W is the most common. Frankly, I don't like the 9mm, it lacks stopping power.
DEMCAD 1 year ago
@DEMCAD
i was schooled by a trainer that the lowest cal he would go is the .357,he said it's the next step down from a 40 that still has stopping power.
areyoulookinatmepal1 1 year ago
@AncientLegacy True, some also use .357sig (or at least did). One thing about police where I am is that they don't have an stockpile, they keep enough on hand to get them through a bad month. It is true that .45, .40 and 9mm are all very common calibers in almost any country but the most available ammo after a collapse will be in military stockpiles. Since the military uses mostly 9mm it's more likely to be found post collapse. Some military units use .45 but the average soldier uses 9mm.
rooftopeagle 1 year ago
@rooftopeagle you cant just drop in a barrel and get 9mm mags to change a glock 21 to 9mm ,a 40 yes but 10mm or 45acp ,no it wont work

You could not have picked a better hand gun in my opinion. I have a 1st generation Glock 17 that I have put thousands of round through and have not had any problems with. 45 is still the king baby! I personally went with the glock 22 because of ammo camacity/ammo price and the fact that it is a very common police gun in WV. Replacement parts are cheap and easy to find too.

Reg,
Work on dry firing the pistol. Squeeze the trigger slowly until it breaks. Just that excercise will cut your group size in half.
rallycsx 1 year ago
@rallycsx
you sayin it dont hurt the mechanisms to dry fire a glock?
areyoulookinatmepal1 1 year ago
@areyoulookinatmepal1 It doe not hurt a Glock to dry fire. Firing it without ammo trains your finger to squeeze until the trigger breaks. Most people will pull the trigger too quickly and it hurts accuracy.
rallycsx 1 year ago
by the way you want a gun that's heavier to absorb the recoil.
AllTheSame711 1 year ago
@AllTheSame711 No, you don't. Because very few people will actually carry a heavy gun, which means if something goes down, you are less likely to have your gun. Btw, the recoil of the Glock 21 was very little.
