There is a lot of wisdom in this statement. A lot of these statements are corny cliched Hollywood jiberish. This one however is very true and very cleverly thought out. I disagree "suffering leads to fear", i have a gun and i shoot someone (this causes suffering), then i point the gun at you (this causes fear a biological response of fight or flight). Anger causes stress, this weakens the immune system in biology, which increases chances of you getting ill (this is suffering). If you fear someone the body response can be fight or flight, if you fight you get angry to produce adrenalin. It does make sense, just think about the consequences.
