After seeing your ASW28 on the net and watching it fly so well I thought I would do a direct copy of your setup.
I had Bad heat problem from word go.
11 x 8 folding, 60 amp speedy, 4300ma 11.1v 3s. Anyway i bought a A30 XL10 Hacker and now Im spinning a 12 x 8 and she runs as cool as a cucumber.
I havnt flown her but if she flys as well as yours I'll be happy.
P.S. I am a newby to electric so you were probably correct. I had wrong prop and my speedy was probably set wrong

I have this glider and motor and i tried it with a 60amp esc and a 11 x 8 folding prop.
The motor got red hot in about 15 seconds. I have no idea why your setup doesnt burn out because mine sure did.
Hiya bradh63 8" is probably to much pitch also what battery are you using??? also make sure the esc is set to low or mid timeing not high
