  • Absolutely an amazing piece of work !!! I have been a fan of the movie since it came out in 1980, have BOTH soundtracks. The original by John Barry, and the 'expanded' one by John Debney and the Royal Scottish National Orchestra. The second one by J. Debney expands to 19 differnet arrangements (from 9 on the original movie score) that breaks down different scenes !!! Like > 'June 27 th.' > 'Room 417' > and 'Coin' to name just a few...

Again, GREAT piece of work my friend...

    DOUBLG.

  • Very nice. A re-mix that one could actually Waltz to.

  • *cracks up* This is hilarious and slightly pathetic (or pathetic and slightly hilarious) to think about, but-- that's totally what I did for, like, 30 straight minutes after I got to the 2:09 section in production. It was midnight, and I couldn't help but blast it out on my laptop speakers and prance around the living room by myself like an imbecile. Thank you so ved'dy much. *tips imaginary hat*

  • I listened to this song, over and over, over and over, over and over.

  • Ok so I love this, but I'm not sure why every sample-song you or dainumo or jeesh makes is marked "Pogo Tribute". Pogo is wonderful, and he revolutionized this budding genre, but he's far from the only one who does this. Are you familiar with the work at breakbitmusic? The guy who runs the place, MrSimon, has been doing this since 2006, and many artists there are utlizing the same style of cutting up videos to create music. This whole idea is becoming a genre unto itself, not just Pogo's mark.

  • Hope you've seen the Final Mix version-- I prefer that one a lot to this version! And I understand that-- in-fact, I saw MrSimon's stuff back in 2005-- way before I ever saw Pogo. The fact is, though, that me making these remixes is only because of Pogo. MrSimon's stuff, or any other break-beat remixing, never made me feel I NEED-- like, not, just WANT-- but NEED to take a movie and turn it into a song.

  • It's the same situation with Josh and Dustin, whom I am both good friends with now. Besides, at this point, perhaps the label is making it easier to find artists like us! Or else chances are no one would ever see our videos. *facepalm* But yes, I understand dreampop has been around before Pogo, but Pogo really changed it for all of us, I think. (I was in love with The Avalanches before listening to Pogo, though! Semi-similar.)

But glad you like it, at any rate, Monsieur Seth-- means a lot to me!

  • @SergeantBacon I too am thrown by the Pogo tag, and he didn't revolutionise it, as I for one (and likely others), pioneered the Genre back in the early 90s, before Apps, with the use of VHS! (a genre which is actually renowned Audio-visual or roughly translated: VJ). Of-course, the styles are different in terms of sound, such as auto-tuning chords and sound manipulation-- but the AV/VJ agenda, started far_from_here.

  • talented mofo T^T. i like Bing a bit more, mainly cuz i've seen Groundhog day

  • It is a work of art and a tremendous tribute to a movie that has stood the test of time. Vastly underrated with a wnderful music score by John Barry. Love the movie and love this tribute Pogo. Read somehwere you were only 17 when you did this. Incredible.

  • -- Oh-- I'm not Pogo. I'm Skye. Pogo is one of my favorite remixers, who inspired me to make this remix of Somewhere in Time. And I agree ENTIRELY with everything you've said about Somewhere in Time. I've been in love with this movie since I was in 5th Grade. It is truly a romance that transcends all time and space, and I love every instant of its spirit of life and love. Not to mention the visual and musical aspects are both flawless. It is a conglomeration of nothing but talent and love.

  • (Also-- actually, I did this when I was 15. Now I'm 16! Not... 17 yet. Jo Addie got the ages a lil' wrong, but that's all right!)

Please be sure to listen to the improved version this version is linked to! It's subtle changes, but much better, I think. Thank you so VERY much for the wonderful comment!

  • All I do now is listen to pogo.

You made my day, so glad this style is expanding.

Refreshing to see EVERY clip from every sound placed in.

    Sweet.

  • Precision and an eye for composition. Then to add each sound a selected musical note can only produce a visual and audio work of Art! Congratualtions

  • Great job. I enjoy Pogo's stuff alot so when I found your tribute, I was excited and you didn't disappoint. But, if I could ask a question, what programs do you use for harvesting and then editing your sounds? Just wondering. Thanks. 5 stars.

  • D'aw, gee, thank you so VERY much, sir/madam-- since your profile does not say which! *grins* I tried my absolute BEST creating this remix-- I think the remastering of it sounds better, though. I really should upload it. *crosses eyes* But the MP3 of the remastered, as said, is in the description. My next Pogo-mix tribute should be out soon-- which I'm REALLY pleased with so far.

  • -- Also, I ripped the DVD with Handbrake, then imported in parts into iMovie HD '06. After that point, I split it up into small little syllables and phrases. Then I exported them out separately in .wavs. The .wavs were then imported into Audacity, removed of excess background noise and repitched, if needs be, then imported into Garageband to mix down! If you have anymore questions, feel free to ask, monsieur/madame!

  • I recommand u listen to another tribute to pogo and its souds wonderful like this one its called snow village type it in plz comment it back to me to see what u think of it

  • Amazing! You have made the perfect hypothalamus massager.

Thanks for sharing the great work! :D

  • Oh, MAN, you can't believe how much that wondrously phrased semi-metaphor means to me, man! *grins* Thank you so VERY much-- that's definitely what I feel a lot of Pogo's music to be-- I'm glad to have created something on that same plane of musical aesthetic!

My pleasure-- my next Pogo-mix should be out really soon.

  • THis is nice

  • THank'oo ved'dy much, Mr. 1000. *grins*

  • What do you use to do this I have a macbook pro so im wondering what software you used?

  • Oh! Well, it's a combination of iMovie HD '06 and Macromedia Flash MX for editing. Yes, Flash is not usually a MOVIE editing tool-- but as an animator by hobby, I've kind'a learnt some hilariously useful tricks with it. All music mixing and recording is done with Garageband and Audacity! *grins*

  • Magnifcent job! Pogo would be proud!!

  • Thank you so VED'DY much, madame Anna! (... *Pogo's Anna song immediately starts circulating in my head*) And heheh-- apparently, he is. *points to his comment below* I still can't comprehend how glorious that comment is.

  • i love the emotional arc here, this is amazing

  • D'aw, gee, thank you so VERY much, monsieur. *grins* I tried my best to really showcase the spirit of the film within a song's limits! (I'm guessing the emotional arc you're talkin' 'bout starts at "Yes! That's it! That's it-uh... uh--HOLD IT!" Yeah, imagine my overwhelming happiness when at 12 AM, the piece finally sounded that way. And then I imaginarily conducted it through. ROFFLE.)

  • I must say that you have the gift of editing like a kung fu master. Do more please!

    Brilliant!

  • Oh, MAN-MAN, thank you so VERY much for such a hilarious compliment. *salutes* I've been hard at work for the last three months on another Pogo-mix of Groundhog Day! Just... one and a half more months? ROFFLE.

  • o.o I wasn't expecting that very long comment on my video, but I appreciate the criticism nonetheless! :D I think that if I ever get my hands on a copy of the movie that's in a better quality, I'll redo it. (Also, as a side note, that movie's pretty hard to work with, most of the scenes are dialogue scenes.)

  • As for your video, well done!! I love the fact that you put your own spin on the style. It shall be downloaded and put in my pogo playlist. XD I also have never seen this movie... but I usually rewatch the movies that are remixed.

  • one more thing.....I'm also trying a mix of my own. :3 and if you don't mind, I'm gonna copy the title's format. :D These things are actually difficult to make!! Pogo must use magic. XD

  • I tried to do this kind of thing I used your same way of titling if thats ok :) you are awesome :)

  • Wow. I like what I hear. I'd love to collaborate and take this further. You've done some great work. Throw me a PM if you're interested! Great work, Skye. :D

  • *going stark-raving bonkers with joy* Wow.

... First, your favorite. Then, the PM. Now, THIS. I... I have no idea how in this plane of EXISTENCE that it'd be possible for me to express my unbridled glee right now. ... I think it's all just start to explode out of the general area of my chest. ... Metaphorically, of course. Or not.

  • But-- your music truly is one of THE most gloriously innovative and, especially in the electronic genre, really EMOTIONALLY-CENTRED sounds out there. Your works just ascends the musical steps and transcends past its boundaries. *grins* (... bad metaphors aside.) Thank you so VERY, VERY much, Pogo... for inspiring to make this song, among many, many other related wonder. I shall be CERTAIN to dish out a PM. ... RIGHT NOW.

  • this is awful

  • Sorry joo' didn't enjoy, monsieur Stevo. May you find remix-ical glory in other factions of this grandiose internet of ours!

  • You have turned what is arguably one of the most beautiful soundtracks for a movie into an absolute nightmare of cacophony.

  • Heheh... man, that stings, since I absolutely adore John Barry's score-- and truly agree wholeheartedly with your opinion on it.

But... well, I was going more for "controlled chaos" or... "ethereal, jazzy dissonance".

  • I haven't had the pleasure of seeing somewhere in time yet, but this song makes me definitely want to. And I'm also a huge Pogo fan, and this is very true to his style, which is great, but you also added in something of your own that sets it apart from his music, which makes it all the better. I'm in the process right now of downloading it to my iPod, and it will be one of my most-listened to songs for the next long while, I can see it now. Great job, and hope to see more of this from you soon!

  • HUZZAH-- one of my primary goals (at least of this video in specific) is coming to pass! This movie is SO dog'gone underrated in the biz', and spreadin' the love is def'nitely a worthy cause. -- D'aw, gee, thank you SO very much. To be described as anything like Pogo makes me overwhelmingly honoured. I tried to add a bit of myself into the mix-- keeping repetition to a minimum and cleverly-devised percussion to a maximum! Aw, MAN, as an audiophile, I am EVER so honoured (again), monsieur Kaelan.

  • As far as more Pogo-ish mixes my way, I have been hard at work since finishing this on a remix of Groundhog Day called Bing! I'm definitely NOT going to make it in time for tomorrow (actual Groundhog Day), but hopefully I can finish it some time this month! And... as far more stuff in that genre right NOW, if you haven't seen my The Only North FAN-FORUM!! video, it's got a Pogo-mix halfway through! Hope joo' enjoy!

  • GroundHog day..... !!!! can't wait to hear this one. HomeStarRunnerTron. you have great taste in movies.... awesome!

  • I love this movie... what you did so enhanced it!! thank you for bringing out the romance. I love your work!!!

  • SO glad to find more fans of this glorious movie in zees' world! *grins* Glad to know I kept the integral spirit of the film intact and didn't obscure the vibe in my... techno remixing. Thank you so VERY much, madame! I try my VED'DY best.

  • This is gorgeous! You did a fantastic job!

  • D'aaaw, thank you so ved'dy, ved'dy much, madame Julie! My four and half-plus months of effort were NOT in vain, thanks to VIEWERS LIKE YOU.

    ... THANK YOU.

  • VERY nice work! It looks incredible. And your UP lipsynching video made my day!

  • Thank you SO very much, madame Tara(saurus)!... I have to say, going back AFTER remixing and locating all the clips I used, then syncing them up all in organized unison with each other almost drove me insane.

... and since I have another one planned to be released this month, it's going to drive me insane AGAIN. ROFFLE. D'ah, well! With comments like yourself, it's all woith' it!

  • God! I just saw this video and it's awsome, You know, to me, pogo is gifted, but so you are!

This is not just music remixing, it's art!

    It's great!

    Thank you very much!

  • D'aaw, thank you so VERY much. *grins* I did my absolute best on it. -- To be included in the same range of gift as Pogo means a quite expansive amount of glee to me. *bounces up and down on my spinny chair* A LOT-LOT.

-- I agree completely, on the part of Pogo! He's really taken remixing a step beyond ANYONE else who has ever touched the medium and made it all his own. Electronic music with a truly ethereally, enigmatically emotional core!

Thank YOU so very much for the glorious comment!

  • @HomeStarRunnerTron haha, you are a very funny guy :)

  • Not at all send it my way, maybe we'll feature it on the blog or something

  • OMG! It's a bird, it's a plane, no its....wait thats not Superman HAHA I love Christopher Reeve's movies, he was an amazing actor..This is a really awesome vid btw ^_^

  • You know there's VJing (visual jockey) now you should look into that!

  • Holy crap Tron, this is very Pogoish, Ill make sure he sees it

  • Oh-- thank you so VERY much! I've actually just finished... remixing... this remix-- so it sounds MUCH better in its new MP3 form. (Would you mind if I send you the link?) ... hopefully, I'll finish re-editing the video soon! Thank you so VERY much, though, Bryant. *grins* Means so VERY much to me.

  • Oh, this is just wonderful! It made my day!

  • Oh-- thank you so VERY much, Madame Curie! *grins* It is truly one of my main goals to make people's days-- in-fact, that's probably the top one-- of the highest degree of utmost importance! So getting that comment truly makes MY day, too. *grins* Also, your grandiose rock-failing just HAD to make me subscribe to you. *thumbs UP!* At least when you fail, it is, indeed, quite epic!

  • wow. this was really wonderful. very dreamy and beautiful. i am really impressed!

  • Oh-- thank you oh so VED'DY much! *grins* I just recently got a ring-ring from the head of the International Network of Somewhere in Time Enthusiasts-- she wanted a DVD-quality copy of this-- so... first I went driveling bonkers with ecstatic excitement-- then I re-remixed it all and added some new elements-- so it sounds WAY better now. But thank you SO very much, all the same!

  • That was very lovely. I can definitely see the Pogo influence & I can only dream of creating something anywhere near as incredible as his work. This really is good & I'm quite curious about this movie aswell now as I've never heard of it but it seems amazing from your video!

  • Such a great piece of work: BRAVO!!!

  • FANTASTIC WORK! :)

    Excellent tribute.

  • i'm a great fan of Pogo and this tribute is stunning! great video :)

  • Oh-- thank you so VERY much. I am a HUMONGOUS fan of Pogo, m'self. *grins* But that's obvious. It took a LONG time to formulate this song-- and I'm quite happy with its emotionally driven core, amidst the crazy, crazy mess of sampling. *grins* I think I ALMOST got close musically to what Pogo's able to evoke at the 2:10 mark. Man, next time-- next time! (... four and a half months more!...)

  • This video was truly awesome! Never stop making videos. :)

  • A very good tribute to pogo I am a big fan of pogo and feel you did a excellent job ;)

  • Thank you so ved'dy much, sir Josh! *grins* Needless to say, Pogo is a musical mastermind. *grins*

  • This is amazing, Skye. Wow.

  • Very, very honoured to receive glorious comments from ye' once again, Carolyn! *grins* Thank you so VED'DY much.

  • This is so cool!

    5 stars mate!

  • wow this was amazing skye! I don't get all the technical mumbo jumbo that goes into making something like this, but it certainly seems difficult and i enjoyed watching it. :)

  • This was fantastic. The wonderful thing about it was that, while you were tributing Pogo's musical style, there was still that element of your style in there. I think I may have sat with my mouth agape through most of it XD

In other words, you are always finding new ways to amaze me. It's always very inspiring.

    - Gemma

  • Thank you so VERY, VERY much, Gemma! *grins* I always try my very best not simply to imitate but to bring my own pieces to play into my tributes, otherwise it all seems so calculated and without life! -- Besiiides, I have this thing about balance of repetition-and-variety. *crosses eyes* So honored to have put your put your mouth agape, especially since you always do the same to me with your work!

Once again, thanky ved'dy muchly so. *grins*

  • how the fuck you can put so many videos in the same footage, is fucking hard with sony vegas to make the animation of the split screen

  • Well, um, I use Macromedia Flash MX-- and yuuus', it IS incredibly difficult to sync it all up and organize it nicely! I sync all the footage up to the same timing, then export them all separately as MOVs and import them into Flash. Then I move um' all around n' such!

  • Hai, me most favored cinematic/musical/comedic genius! This is really a wonderful piece! I sing along to it often now! Heehee...

Well, once again you have outdone yourself, HSRT! (hope you do not mind the abbreviation!)

I watched this today when I was sick, and I promise you, there is nothing better that will make my sick day sunny than this! Good show, man! Good show!!

*applauds with crowd at the end, props up pillow and presses replay.*

  • Hai, WEND-E! Splendiferously AWESOME to hear from joo' and your OWN cinematic/musical/comedic genius once more! *grins* -- Oh, thank you VERY much. Whew, 4 months actually paid off. ROFFLE-- congrats on being the FIRST (besides myself) to try and sing along with it! Dare-least-chan... least-os-oh-coin-o-oh-good-s he-s he...

I'm truly honored to hear as such. *grins* And please, feel free to call me that! LOTS of people do! Either that, or they pronounce the acronym: Hurst.

  • D'aaw, REALLY sorry to hear you're sick. I've been a tad-bit under some sort of ruthless cumulus cloud for some time, but I think I'm about to get rid of all that sort of affliction. Hope you gets better as soon as perfectly el' possiblé! -- Oh, d'aaaaaaww... *grins* That... *SNIFFle* that's one of THE most beauteous compliments I've ever received! Thank you so VERY, VERY much, Wendy.

*claps alongside you, for some odd reason or another*

  • omigod! that was nice

you should compile your songs and make into an album somehow

  • Absolutely!

  • Thank you so VERY much. *grins*

-- Oh-- well, why make an album when I get to release all my songs for free? *points to side-description* I release all my music for free for joo' guys to enjoy! Besides, I couldn't put this one on any album without getting sampling clearance from Universal. ... since it uses clippets from the movie. But the fact you think it's awesome enough to be on an album makes me über-gleeful!

  • Lovely. Reminds me of Fagottron's stuff.

These kinds of videos never cease to amaze me.

  • Which is probably why it's a Pogo tribute... Fail for me.

I did like that you included the lyrics though.

  • LAWL-- no prob'um. I know, it's a long title. *crosses eyes*

Thank you ved'dy much! At least there won't be any people looking for subliminal messages this way. Because... the lyrics are, without a doubt, what I posted.

... *shifty eyes*... As far as you know... *maniacal laughter* At long LAST, EVERYONE shall stick pickles up their nose and place SPAM on their foreheads! */Bloom County*

  • Why, dankéschöen! 'Zactly what I was trying to imitate!

-- Well, to bring a bit more amazing-ness into this world makes me feel absolutely SPLENDIFEROUS within! *grins*

  • four and a half months? whoa. that is very evident. ^-^ this is wonderful. What's always amazed me is how people are able to do the multiple scenes thing in like, resized boxes and stuff. o.o

  • Is it just me, or is that Superman in the 1800's ? o_O

  • Well, yeah! It's Christopher Reeve playing a man by the name of Richard Collier. The time period he travels back to is 1912! *grins*

  • Comment removed

  • Awesome :-) You are the top producer of epic things full of doodness.

Somewhere In Time is being made into a musical soon!!!

  • ROFFLE-- thank you so VERY much-- and I'm SO honored to have been complimented using one of my own coined phrases!

-- Oh-ho, don't I know it! SO exhilarating-- the primary waiting period is nearly OVEER-- *dance of joy*

  • I have no idea what kinda movie this is,BUT HEY,you did well with everything in this little song,if you call it that! heh heh

I'm glad your back and making awesomazincredible movies again! Welcome back, good buddy! ^^

  • This was really pretty, cool, neato, amazing, etc. I've never seen the movie either but this was great :D

  • Thank you so ved'dy much! *contemplates the portmanteau of all those words... "precooneatazetc". ... I LOVE IT.* -- LAWL-- trust me, hardly anyone you'll ever run into has watched this film I know from personal experience that I have never EVER met anyone outside of my family in real life that has watched Somewhere in Time. ... however, there's a pretty dog'gone strong cult following. I just need to... find them, somehow. The movie's been up on YouTube since 2006, so I doubt it'll be taken down!

  • we have this movie, but I've never actually watched it.. ( HOLY SMOKES IS THAT CHRISTOPHER PLUMMER?! that's reason enough for me to go watch it..) anyway, I really loved this o_o I was in a lousy mood before I came across this and after listening to this and a couple of Tally Hall songs, I was completely happy again ;-; this is srsly amazing

  • WOWzah-- well, please do watch it when you have the time-- it's seriously one of my absolute favorite films of all-time-- and definitely my favorite romance of all-time that isn't animated. And YES, that's ol' Mr. Plummer! *grins* He plays the obsessed antagonist, off-father role of William Fawcett Robinson. (Since you're into Frollo, Robinson's right up your alley.) Any scene he's in's GOLD. Thank you so VERY much, especially for EVEN putting me up there with the Hall! Aahh, how I love them.

  • you should listen to some rj2d, I think you would enjoy it

  • It's magically delicious! :D I should check out those lyrics, I bet they're fun to read after listening to it. XD

  • To use your word, this is AMAZABULONDERFISTASTIC.

    Another practically perfect creation *appaluse*

  • this is awesome!!!!!! LOL @ the lyrics xD

  • this.... this is a work of genius! I'm not exaggerating a bit, you have done masterfully!

  • wow @ the lyrics :0

How did you do the lyrics? How could you get them out of this mess of sounds that normal people call music? :0

  • In before Fagottron sees this. =D Y'know what? I'll send him this right now!

  • I love this remix! I've seen part of this movie but never all the way through, I should though. 5/5!

  • Wow, that's just really impressive! nice job! 100000000000/5 stars!

  • Skye! How so very amazing. Yay for creativity!

****Wears bona-fide grin and high-fives computer screen****

  • Well done. I really enjoyed it.

  • Why, dankéschöens, Samuel. *grins* Always splendiferous to receive comments from you!

  • Brilliant, Skye. I've now got to find a copy of that movie to watch it. 5 stars!

  • Thank you SO very much, Mr. Choco-taco! -- and YEAAAH-- my plan's working! SIT deserves far more world-wide recognition. *fistPUMP* Once again, thank you VED'DY much!

  • Before watching this, I just wanted to say: You're a pogo fan?! That's superawesome! :-p

  • Well, I don't like Alice much at all, if that's what you mean (faaar too repetitive for my tastes!)-- but a lot of his other less repetitive stuff is BEAUTIFUL. *grins*

  • Uhh, no. Just pogo in general. He's superduper awesomeee. Of course, now you HAVE to explain your new word in the description box.

  • wow skye you are amazing! what a great piece of art you've created with these clips! Brilliant!

  • I think I love the last minute the most - with the lines "I can't find the words..." and then the layering of the rhythm ever so slightly over the score, it made the next part come in with a delightful bang. My favorite visual - the flash of the camera revealing Richard and Elise gazing adoringly at each other.

I'm so glad at how this turned out - you should be proud of yourself. :-)

  • Oh-- same here, actually! I finally got that harmony right at, like, midnight-- and I was all, "... either what I'm hearing is BEAUTIFUL... or ROTTEN. ... I wish I could discern at this point." -- And I was REALLY happy with the dramatic musick'al pacing, myself! Once again, thank you so VERY much. *grins* Thank mah' mom for helping me to come up with that after she asked me to make the ending last longer!

    -- 10 Q, 10 Q, 10 Q! *jumps up and down in my normal ecstatic fashion*

  • Your mom does come up with some good ideas in relation to your musical abilities! :)

And this is now me thanking her. Thank you. :-)

And once again, you're very welcome for the help - I enjoyed helping out.

  • Holy sweet mother of moly. That was truly worthy of Pogo's awesome remixingness. Seriously, terrific job. Bravo.

  • Thank you SO much, Scott. *grins* Your recent work has been utterly, magnificently gaze-mazing, too. I... really oughta leave you comments! Wish I wasn't so dog'gone bogged down. Once again, dankéschöens!

  • I think what I like most of all here is how you layered the rhythm over the score - it still shares Pogo's otherworldly trait, but you've not used electronic music - instead, you've used the orchestral arrangements in the score. It really gives it a quality all its own, even though it's still obviously a tribute to Somewhere in Time and Pogo's fantastical arrangements.

And using the video song style was a stroke of genius - it's wonderful to see all the different parts being played out at once.

  • -- Oh-- thank you so VERY much-- I tried my best to add my own elements to the song. One thing I definitely wanted to do was to leave repetition down to the bare minimum. Considering how the music in SIT is all about symphonic movement, I thought my piece should be the same!

-- AGREED. Considering how a Pogo song is primarily made out of rearranging bits of movie-- how cool is it to see ALL THE CLIPS at once like the way you HEAR it? *grins*

  • You know, the different clips together do indeed sound like a symphony of voices. I like that idea, having voices arranged in a symphony.

And, like I said before, I do love seeing them all together.

  • =D

    Skye! Long time, no vid!

    5*

  • INdeed-- glad to be back-- VERY muchly so. And Rey' told me to tell you thank you for remembering the -e in Skye! *grins*

  • Interesting. Never watched the show so I have no clue whats going on.

  • Thank you so VERY much-- and congrats finding this, like... 1 second after I uploaded this. ... Make sure to come back when it's actually uploaded right, and the sound quality's waaay better. Because right now, it sounds horrid.

  • Also, if you look at my playlists, you can find an uploaded version of the entire movie! Been up since 2006... so, I think there's a good chance it'll never get taken down.
