That Raymond Chester reception at 0:10 reminds me of a similar play in the 1980 AFC Championship game between Oakland and San Diego in which Raymond Chester scored on a deflected pass. Do you know what I am talking about?
I was a teenager and had tickets for this game. Unfortunately it poured all day and most of the night and my mother wouldn't let me go. I was so PO'd at her!
@raelraven2 I don't blame you. My mother allowed me to watch only the first hour of this game before sending me to bed. Tried to hear the remainder of it on a transistor radio. Woke up in the middle of the night realizing that I had slept through it. The ballgame did not put me to sleep: the fact that I was in bed did. Found out about the victory in the papers the next day.
Can't beat NFL games from the 70's, love the MNF tv clips from that era, brings me back to my youth, I hope the guys that run the NFL NETWORK get on board and start airing the original tv games from that era.
I miss when fields got muddy like that.

Really cool that you put this on here. I remember watching this game as a kid. Of course, I watched every MNF game. Great stuff. I liked the Colts.

Thank you for posting this! I can't get enough 1970s NFL football, when they still let the players play the game.
