@ 1:16 looking at this crop circle I see written "We were here on July 7th 2009" LOL Litterally... I think that's about as deep as it goes. The triangle with the line through it looks like a human satellite like we have to send information.... the things coming down look like wires, withing the wires is the solar system. From the solar system is....... bits of information. :) Remember we transmit information into space EVERYDAY. Maybe it's just saying "we got your message, we're here 7/7/09"

If there is a catastrophic disaster on its way there is one piece of information you need and only one....... THERE IS NOTHING WE CAN DO ABOUT IT. No, sorry this one looks too man made. Usually good 'genuine' ones are finished and uncontinued in one sitting. A message is a message especially an important one. Worse is the script that follows. Gibberish to you and me, fancy to the graphic designer maybe. Why would a circle that big be about solar flare?
And who has the strenght to pull this off, even pranksters get tired. My best guess is that it is photoshopped otherwise it probably says - ' Property of Prince Vulldraak, the liquifier.
