  • do your researches first before polluting the comment box of your dumb comments..

Anyway, Is this Eita and Tamaki's version or the original one? because I remember their version a little faster than the original.. ^^ thanks for the answers (if there are any) !

  • @jashlyngalang07 I think this is Eita's version alright... I'm a stranger to classical music but this version comes with a 'forceful tug' or something on the strings (0:20-0:40), something I definitely heard on episode 2.

  • @drewey07 it's Beethoven's Violin Sonata how come it's chinese gay music.. -___-

  • @drewey07 u just dont have talent do you? poor thing, can u even play it even if its bad for ur taste?

  • @drewey07 trolling please don't respond to his comments its pointless.

  • no its not

  • I'm such a wanna be, I signed up for the school band and played the Clarinet xD

  • does anyone know the name of the song that person before mine performing.. i want to know the title too..

  • heyyy... wats the title of the music before mine perform spring.. :D

  • Does anyone know the name of the song that the person before Mine is peforming? I can't find it!! Unless it was just composed for the movie...which would kind've be smelly...

  • @lovelaughlivethrive It is Czardas by Monti.

  • @MyTimmi1 Ohmygosh thankyou thankyou thankyou!!!!!!!!!

  • i love it so much

  • i love this piece...they did such and awesome job!!

  • that was terrible, hahahaha, but i keep on coming back to listen to it!

  • Compared to the original it's a little different, but he plays it with a lot of passion, aggression, and has that unique style that makes it sounds great. It makes me want to practice harder, and try this song as well. :)

  • hahahaaaaa after watching this movie long time ago, even before I heard the original version of this piece, this is making me laugh! ^_^

Love the way he express it hee hee hee

  • thanks for uploading this. I wish it had also video, but still, thanks~ :)

  • Quite honestly, a violin is best sounding when it's played with passion, in my opinion. And, most certainly, Mine has that. Ahhh, this is my favorite song off of Nodame Cantabile. :)

  • this made me reach heaven..it's better that pot... XD

  • thanlks for posting! i love it!

  • damn.. too heavy with the violin.. still.. it's his style..

  • @blackmailer26 i actually dont like it, except his improvisations,

hes playing it like its a violin concerto, pokey and

i actually shuddered when his theme ended,

after the violin theme, comes the piano theme,

he was just suppossed to be a accopmpaniement type of thing

    :/

  • Agressive... I'm gonna do his improvisations :)

  • Mine's style is very similar to Beethoven's. ♥

  • compared to other videos, his version is extremely extraordinary.

  • you mean theres also a drama????????????

  • @JapaneseAnya yeahs theres also a drama

  • @watergleam

if I could, I would thumb you up twice

  • So beautiful!! The violinist and pianist were both really talented!

  • Hahaha i remember this. Spring with lightning lol. Thats what Mine wanted right!!

  • wow! great!.. the violin boy....is enjoy...I like :))

  • The joy and lightning of shining youth! <3

  • Mine rocks!

    Love him so much!

  • @thuthuy1962 love him forever!!! when the time he put up the violin...

  • I really want to learn how to play this piece =w= *drools* love it♥

  • some piano part are actually played by lang lang

  • Chiaki-sama!!

    Ryuutaro-chan!

  • so beautiful! ahhh brings tears to my eyes

  • Its obviously played by a professional. Any musician will know it is impossible to achieve such high skills in a short time. HOWEVER, yes, the actors did go through training to master the basic movements and posture. Ueno Juri learned the piano when she was younger (i think she said for 3 or 5 years?) and she learned the sax phone during her Swing Girls days, the rest doesn't really have any musical backgrounds but were trained to imitate a pro.

  • does anyone know.. where i can find the sheet music of this piece..

    pls.pls.pls.. tell mE..

    it's our special project.. pls..

  • Chiaki sempai~~ *doing Nodame's intonation*

  • wow, I like so much this piece......violin and piano beautiful arigatooooooooooo

  • well nevertheless, I don't know why, but listening to this... I'm smiling every 5 seconds and I don't know why...

  • alguien tiene las notas del viloin porfaa urgente :D

  • does anybody know where i can find this sheet music for the violin???? i'm DYING to learn how to play this!!!

  • beautiful

  • me encanta como toca el violin es hermoso y el piano es una conbinacion ex

    elente

  • Everytime i laugh so hard when i listen to this :p love this version so much xD

  • SOGOUUUUUUUUUUUUUUY

  • I really like the end :)

i mean 3:06 until the end

  • @lardolicious

that's actually the point. the song's from a tv show and the musician is suppose to be all about rock and roll and I won't bore you with the details but just know that it was played this way on purpose.

  • no id say piano and violin are equally hard because u have to shift on both instruments and u have to have left hand skills so yea

  • ahm.. its hard to play on violin? x.O i think to maybe i will chose the violin for"2nd instrument":D cuz my first is piano

  • piano is harder

  • i like this version of spring..

  • Either way, the music is very beautiful :) it kinda reminds me of my violin exams XD brings back memories.

I haven't looked at the actual score of Spring but it sounds pretty much an easy piece with easy techniques. But it is all about the approach which gives music its individual character ^_^. And he excutes the piece with superb beauty :)

  • This song is beautiful

  • WHERE CAN I GET THIS SONATA?!

  • Mine's version i reckon is better than the original, just seems to have more emphasis on the violin than the piano. why are people even aruging about how Mine's playing is different from the original score...i think Chiaki told him off enough don't you?

  • i like thiis.. coz. this song very more spirit.. this is my inspiration. hehehehehhe

  • c'est la meilleur version ke j'ai écouter ; sougouy...

  • It's no good to be so strict with this violin because the character in the manga plays this way and don't ever question the character's personality, is fiction you know :). I love the music.

  • I like how this version puts more....excitement and joy into it. The original version is good, but i have to side w/ mine's version. it shows the time and quality they put into this piece, and it shows a very punctual and unique style to play this piece, which i enjoyed admiringly. :)

  • Mine style rocks =D

After watching the anime I really felt in love with its music : )

  • Why are they even mindless idiots who thumb us down!

I mean like Mine's VERSION of Spring isn't as perfect but it is still good

  • see, if your a REAL musician, you shouldn't play it the way you carelessly just like.a bit of unprofessional.

I mean, mine-kun's notes were all right. He's wrong at the way he strike his bow to the violin. It sounds like dental floss in between your teeth. Which is said not only by me, even my friends who plays violin too.

But ryuutaro-kun's way of playing really moved me, he did better than the scores, he emphasized the crescendo. etc.

As for shinichi-kun's piano, great great. clear and nice.

  • while it may not be a good playing, it is good in the way that it really shows appreciation for music and style, and personality on the players part. Though personally, I do happen to love Mine... 1:40 could be a lot more staccato.

  • though this not a perfect Beethoven Sonata...I appreciate his vibrato..it was nice and lovely!!!the problem is the rhythm and tempo..but all in all...very good!

  • i love this much ,it may not be the proper beethoven but that what make it special

  • Mine-kun!!!Sugoi!!!Bravo!

  • i wish i want play violin

  • Not a proper Beethoven, but still good in many ways.

  • 音がグチャグチャ・・・これひどいな。

    初めて聞いたけど、こりゃ音大じゃ無視されて当然だろ・・・

  • すごい。

    峰ー産わすごいだね

    千秋輪隙です。

  • this makes me want to play the violin again

D: haha i like this :DDD

  • rock style, i like it no i love it!! BRAVO

  • Comment removed

  • making me miss playing the violin D:

    but i like it(:

  • It's Mine's personal rockstyle. lol! quite unique! i like it. hahahahahaha.

  • @Anyame23 yup!! i can image when his play this song and his reaction.... wah~~~ehehehe

  • this really isn't my favorite interpretation. it's a bit too edge and there's too many accents at the beginning of each beat...which isn't quite considered musical

  • wasn't this played in la corda doro passo also?

  • yes but it wasn't a piece for the contest

  • Are you sure they're miming?? By the looks when Nodame was playing the piano, it looked real... Then again, i'm just saying. But whether they're miming or not, i still like this drama. 8-D

  • @shintee um... don't spam him guys... what he says is true, even if it's hard to accept, chiaki and mine are just faking it. They said so when they got interviewd in some cooking show I just happened to watch

  • @faithshinkou why is that spamming?

yeah, I am sure that the ppl would have asked chiaki and mine about that. oh ya, the cooking show, it was with a really famous japanese actor, forgot the dude's name

  • i thought that it was supposed to b spiccato...

  • oh, my got! nodame cantabile !!!!

  • i like this! actually all the songs played in Nodame, i like! I love classical!

  • me too!

  • nice!

  • this interpretation is fresh and unique... :D but if my teacher ever heard me playing like that 2 years ago on my recital, he'd probably go berserk while playing the piano accompaniment. :D

other than that, i actually like the series!

  • Chiaki is so great. He can guide Mini-kun from the wrong way of expressing the song to the right way to express the song. Actually, I think Mine-kun's technique are not that bad. It is just that sometimes he will misunderstand the feeling the composer is trying to convey through the song.

  • .Mine-kun to Miki-chan eien ni!!

  • to Rock.................

  • MY STYLE TOO !!! =) XD

  • MINE's Style!!!!=D

  • Eita will forever be one of my favorite actors.

  • he really didn't portray this piece as spring... but i love the twist he put into it... he really emphasized 0:20 - 0:40.. my favorite part through the whole sonata...

  • same here

  • Nice hair mine-kun :P

  • considering that this piece is written by Beethoven, his analyzed horribly that I can't listen to it, but when you watch the actual drama, it sounds quiet nice :P

  • Magnifique ^^

  • my piano professor used to make me listen to this

  • Does anyone know what Beethoven piano piece Chiaki was playing on the first episode of the Live Action Drama?? He was playing it in the practice room with the prof.

I've been looking for it forever!!

  • Was it the very fast one!?If it was, then that piece was Beethoven moonlight sonata 3rd movement.

  • YES! oh my,

    that was it!

    thanks so much!

  • *oh sorry what i mean not recite..BUT tamaki tried very hard to memorize all tha hand movements in order to play piano, violin and conducting very well...

  • from what i know tamaki hiroshi actually can't play piano and violin, neither the conducting tasks..but in order to excel in his dramas(nodame cantabile) he tried very hard to recite all the hand movements for playing violin, piano and conducting..and finally he SUCCEED(^_^)tht's why its looked very real and indeed it actually the real him(tamaki) who played all those intruments..dinstinctions for him..SUGOIIII..KAKOIIII!!!!chiaki-senpai...

  • Of course, the 'lightning of springtime' :]

  • I watched the anime & drama and I loved it, the plot and the music in it. This song is one of my favourites, although I think Mine plays it too rock styled xD Somehow the accents at the beginning makes me feel weird o.o but the rest gets gentler, although I prefer the regular version to this one, I still love his interpretation of 'spring' except it sort of sounds like...spring with hail xD

  • ..like Mine said "youthful"..

..this is how he wanted spring..

..that's why it has a strong accent..

..it is far from the classical..

    ..yet,,i love it..

    ..^^..

  • Comment removed

  • IMO it feels like the beginning is very rock-ish/different than the norm, but as it goes on it starts getting more like the classical version.

  • --Minor Spoiler-

Too bad Mine gave up rock for classical =p I guess it's agreeable that he focuses on classical since he went to a music school and all.

  • The sound gives me shivers :P

  • No actually in the drama, Mine did it his own version of spring because in the beginning he did not like classical, preferring the rock feel. SO this is why it sounds this way rather than the original intention of "Spring".

  • hi!! where could i find free violin sheet for this peice? thanks...

  • ask your violin teacher, or go to a music shop

  • I have listened to many versions of the spring. I still love this version most. It rocks! What a lively and exciting piece of spring!

  • Does anyone know who actually plays this piece? I know that in the drama Mine(Eita) and Chiaki (Tamaki Hiroshi) plays this piece, but are they actually playing it? Or is it just acting and someone eles plays it?

  • The actors actually do play. Each and every single one of them were hand picked by the Japanese professional orchestra (through auditions and recruiting, of course). I.e. Ueno Juri (Nodame) throughly enjoys music and plays the piano and the tenor sax (as was seen from Swing Girls). They all experienced a lot of pressure in mastering these pieces, but they stuck to it and did it. This is their own music and no others.

  • thanks =D

  • wow serious? if so, that's really really cool of Tamaki Hiroshi. I like him more from now! ^^

  • I am not sure, but he said in and interview that he cannot play any of these.

Well but I still liking him. ^^

  • o_o omg are you serious?

^^ i wish i could play violin that well

  • forgive me, but i do have to correct you on that - the actors did a very good job "miming". they didn't actually play the instruments - they practiced so that they did look like they were playing it. as a student violinist for 6 years, i can easily spot the actors' "spaghetti fingers" in tv or movies that involve instrument playing, thats why when they play the focus is on their faces, then on the hands, but never simultaneous. BUT this series has the BEST miming i have ever seen in my life. :)

  • @sasukeNsakura28 according to an interview with Hiroshi Tamaki, he really haven't played any instrument in his life, but for Ueno Juri, she actually had played the piano before.. according to Hiroshi Tamaki, he just imitated the finger movements to look like he was actually playing it.. [:

  • ive always loved nodame cantabile!!! :3 i love the transition not only of the music but also the personality of ryu when he played... ha!!

  • the accents are too strong...it's not very "spring" like...other than that it was okay. i just dont like the strong accents

  • i THINK OF EATING CAPTAIN CRUNCH WHEN I HEAR THIS VERSION. IT'S DIFFERENT BUT NICE!!!!

  • captain crunch! that was long time ago i've heard that name the powerpuffgirls had a episode about it..:P

  • i think of the rain porring down and the sound of thunder ;)

  • ah there is just something about this piece that soothes my mind. you rock Mine and Chiaki

    <3 Nodame Cantabile

  • one of the best songs ever,i love to paint to this song

  • me too =DD

  • <3 it ^^Y

  • I've been looking everywhere for this. Thanks. :D

    This version really excites me.

  • I love this show!!

and I think it's a wayyy better version of 'Spring' heh

    thanks for putting it up
