him taking on lead screams in that period really made him better for perforamnces like this.

@Metallithrax61492 Yeah i Agree with you, But i meant that nowadays everyone detune everything just to sound heavier but if you can sound really heavy in standard then youre great, And well there are some bands that sound really bad in that tunning, its a technique thing i think haha and a really musically-developed mind. I like all kind of metal, and some things of jazz and that new thing called Djent xD (sorry for my english im from Argentina South america haha)

He actually screams now, check some old vids from 2006 or something. He doesn't really scream there, but here.... my god....

Plus, he did this song all by himself (on guitar), and with the screams at the same time, he looks like a real fucking frontman! Not that they should let Matt go, hell no, but IF they did, they could still perform their songs, now that Corey actually screams!

yeah, no Matt is Trivium. I mean i love the whole band, Paolo(I am a bassist so of course), corey is an amazing vocalist and guitarist, and their new drummer Nick is amazing. So, Trivium is great because all their members are amazing and work so cohesively. But, Matt's vocals and guitar work(which do work wonderfully with Corey) are the Trivium signature. Plus why would you not want Matt, he is a badass

i think alot of that was due to the stint in late 06/07 when he was doing all of matts screaming parts when he went through his non screaming phase. practice makes perfect.

and now i think its great that corey and matt share the screaming duties. sounds awesome
