I would stay away from the science a bit and believe more in yourself. It is better to do it, rather than try to find out how it works. Just know that it does and train from there.

You did not give a real reason why the atoms would be destroyed. All you do with ki/chi is make the energy do what you intend it to. You CONVERT it, not destroy it. The energy is not destroyed when you use ki and the like. Ki is not bullshit. Keep thinking that because one day, it will be commonly accepted fact. Beleive it!

i have self learned ki/chi and there are many paths to where you wanna go and from what i know i can teach is about 10% total of what i know, i can teach you first to feel out your ki, then you learn of ki flow, then you learn form, and then you learn how to apply ki to everyday living, but one thing especially is that one cannot just learn but must be patient and absorb what you are learning in..

Anyways, if you learn aura sight, you can see ki and other energies. That means that you can see your energies and others. That is better that DBZ in my opinion because if you are fighting a person who does not have aura sight(like police or army), the attacks will be invisible to them, so they won't know what hit 'em!

Right! Everything is energy and all ki use is is manipulating that energy inside you and around you with your will and mind in a manner you want. I doubt that this video is real, but the blast shown in this video is possible. It is not exactly as colorful as in DBZ, but it can have just as much power, if not more.

The second law of thermodynamics is, basicly "The total entropy of any isolated thermodynamic system tends to increase over time, approaching a maximum value." which creates no conflict with Ki use. Nor does the law of Conservation of Energy, which is what I think you meant.
