hobie cat tiger is easer than hobie cat 16 you can fly a hul during a long time with out pumping like with an hobie cat 16 the tiger go faster but the 16 is powerfuller than it so hobie tiger is not as dangerous as a hobie 16

My dad owns a taipan 5.7 like an F18 but 19ft long abit more sail area and 40kilos lighter then an F18 its goes upwind faster then a tornado and about the same off the wind as an F18, but sadly their a depleting class.

thats no stunt...thats just a BIG mistake...no one in they're right minds would cartwheel a cat because usually the crew hits the mast...the gu was luck that time...i know people who have been put off sailing for life because they have cartwheeled a catamaran...

cartwheel?....that, sir would be a pitchpole and it was no mistake.  18's can really haul and with that much force on the mainsail, turning into the wind right away isn't exactly easy and you just have to bite it sometimes. plus pitchpoling is fucking wild.

sorry...i meant pitchpole...i havnt sailed an 18 before so im not sure how they handle...are they similar to the 16's coz i've sailed them loads.....
