Yeah running is really good I'm a marine and before boot camp at seventeen I was 215 I'm 6'2 currently I'm 185 and I run about 5miles a day along with p90x, running really helped me shred extra body fat

Took me a good year or so to get SOME body fat out of my body (without serious consequences) and I'm still trying to lose weight after gaining some weight. this kind of crap tries to teach you that there are single methods to producing results, when in reality, it's your genes + your habits that make up what you look like. Without permanent changes, you don't get permanent results.

@HenrytheSloth If you are eating clean and doing intervals and even throwing in resistance, consistently, and training hard it is very possible. I lost almost 40lbs in about 16 weeks. Maybe a bit longer. But it's hard work. Intervals are the key to decent fat loss though.

People don't know how to take before-and-after photos. Everything needs to be the same in the photos; lighting, zoom, pose, etc. Otherwise it is difficult to compare the photos accurately and honestly.
@FoodCubes What's the use of showing that the last picture is no older than the date of the newspaper? The whole point is to show that it's no newer. He/she can hold an old newspaper and trick people into thinking that the transformation was done much earlier than it was. Making it look like it was done much later defeats the purpose of a quick transformation, which in this case is the main key. So basically using newspapers in cases like this is absolutely useless.

This is all pointless though. I can lose 20kg's in 4 weeks (if I were fat that is) but it's really how you do it that makes the difference between healthy or unhealthy. Even taking health out, getting thin fast requires drastic nutrition behavoir (unhealthy btw); so that doesn't solve anything because your body will tune in to the new feeding patern. The second you eat regular amounts again, you'll bloat up like a baloon. Who wants to be on a 600kcal diet for the rest of their life?

hey thx man i started 2 time before but i gave up after like 2 days n then the 2nd time after a week i was like fcuk this lol but this time im going for it no matter wat it takes i do 3 hours workout a day weekends lil bit more i do abs for 1 hour then running/walking for 1 hour n i try to do some chest back n all the upper body stuff sometime i go to swim today i is my 27th day n i hit 229.8 :)

Hi there. Just saw the video and after reading through the comments simply feel I should write something. I can understand the sceptics. Would have been one too had I not known one of the guys in the video, so thought why not try it. I'm a bargain hunter too so the $4.95 for 21day trial looked good :). Had done the gym thing before. This shaped my body different & in @ 1/4 of the time. Could only do 2 workouts/week for @ first month & it still worked, as you can see if you look at the last pics.

Awesome that these people committed the last 12 wks of their lives changing their fitness levels/eating habits. TT offers sound nutrition advice (critical to success) & workouts are challenging. I have worked out hard & lifted heavy for a long time, including metabolic work, barbell complexes, etc. & I have to say that the bodyweight circuits in TT are kicking my tail. It's a new challenge. Mastery of one type of training doesn't necessarily translate into mastery of another w/o some hard work.
Most of these people are only a few pounds over weight. So they did not have much to lose except for about 2 of them. And if you go to the website, you will see it is clearly one of those scamming sites. Getting you to sign up for an email spamming, everything put on one page since they have no money. Just keep a steady diet and good excercise, you will do it.
It isn't a BS magic bullet program that you see on TV. Craig flat out tells you that if you want results you have to work your butt off for them.
You are correct, keeping a steady healthy diet and a good training program will give you the results seen in these pictures. In fact it is the only thing that will.
Craig has simply designed programs that will give you the best results in the time you invest working your ass off in the gym.
I can PROMISE you that there's neither 4 hours a day -nor- 6 days a week in Craig's plan. (I'm puzzled as to where you got that idea.) In fact, that's one of his driving points: making the most efficient use of what little "spare" time we have in our lives. That's why he rallies against long, slow, boring "cardio" work; it's just not an effective use of your time.
Go hard for ~40 minutes, 3 times a week. You can spare THAT much time to improve your life, can't you? :)

I understand how you can get the impression that is program consists of extremely long workouts, but TT is anything but long.
Most of his programs can be completed within 45 minutes to an hour (per workout 3 -4 days a week). He has designed programs for Beginners all the way to Advanced Trainees.

It's not a matter of just pounds. In fact, it may just not be about pounds at all. These people got in to better "shape" by shedding subcutaneous fat and replacing it with lean muscle.
How? Proper diet and resistance work, coupled with interval training. No magic pills. No wacky, torturous diets. Purely treating your body with respect and training it to respond to its new environment. Real science supports this. Results reenforce it.

He was a big guy to begin with so he would build muslce underneath natually where his body is trying to lift his excess fat, hes just lost the fat to make his muscle visable

What a bunch of horseshit....can you get that in 12 weeks? some of them are possible but others ar a complete load of crap... plz......i have been involved in this for 3 years now...learning and talking to people involved in this for more time....the most muscle you can get in 1 year in natural bodybuilding is from 5 to 8 lbs of muscle...use steroids and you can get up to 20-25..this is not to discourage someone from exercising but i mean...be realistic...

Bro.. Have you heard of P90X? that just takes 3 months, guarenteed to drop your body weight down into the single digits if you do it right. It works pretty damn well. My brother did it, he weighed 250, 3 months later he was barley tippint he scale at 170, P90X is the shit.

Ran out of writing space,,, lol. Anyhows, just wanted to add a congrats and encouragement to all who have lost weight and become healthier and stronger, and to those who will yet do so. Life for me is different now. I can move better and I feel better and stronger, and even had comments that I look better. Oh, and it gave me the final frustration of not being able to do my 10 - 20 min bike to full potential, and thus kicked a 25yr smoking habit for good :)

Hi there. Just saw the video and after reading through the comments simply feel I should write something. I can understand the sceptics. Would have been one too had I not known one of the guys in the video, so thought why not try it. I'm a bargain hunter too so the $4.95 for 21day trial looked good :). Had done the gym thing before. This shaped my body different & in @ 1/4 of the time. Could only do 2 workouts/week for @ first month & it still worked, as you can see if you look at the last pics.

Awesome that these people committed the last 12 wks of their lives changing their fitness levels/eating habits. TT offers sound nutrition advice (critical to success) & workouts are challenging. I have worked out hard & lifted heavy for a long time, including metabolic work, barbell complexes, etc. & I have to say that the bodyweight circuits in TT are kicking my tail. It's a new challenge. Mastery of one type of training doesn't necessarily translate into mastery of another w/o some hard work.

Most of these people are only a few pounds over weight. So they did not have much to lose except for about 2 of them. And if you go to the website, you will see it is clearly one of those scamming sites. Getting you to sign up for an email spamming, everything put on one page since they have no money. Just keep a steady diet and good excercise, you will do it.

It isn't a BS magic bullet program that you see on TV. Craig flat out tells you that if you want results you have to work your butt off for them.
You are correct, keeping a steady healthy diet and a good training program will give you the results seen in these pictures. In fact it is the only thing that will.
Craig has simply designed programs that will give you the best results in the time you invest working your ass off in the gym.

I just think it is wrong to put someone on a 4 hour a day, 6 days a week work out. Especially just beginning.
That is all I am saying. I am not saying his programs don't work, just I feel it is too much to start with.

I can PROMISE you that there's neither 4 hours a day -nor- 6 days a week in Craig's plan. (I'm puzzled as to where you got that idea.) In fact, that's one of his driving points: making the most efficient use of what little "spare" time we have in our lives. That's why he rallies against long, slow, boring "cardio" work; it's just not an effective use of your time.
Go hard for ~40 minutes, 3 times a week. You can spare THAT much time to improve your life, can't you? :)

I understand how you can get the impression that is program consists of extremely long workouts, but TT is anything but long.
Most of his programs can be completed within 45 minutes to an hour (per workout 3 -4 days a week). He has designed programs for Beginners all the way to Advanced Trainees.
I'm not one to pick fights so I'm sorry if it came off as though I was trying to.

It's not a matter of just pounds. In fact, it may just not be about pounds at all. These people got in to better "shape" by shedding subcutaneous fat and replacing it with lean muscle.
How? Proper diet and resistance work, coupled with interval training. No magic pills. No wacky, torturous diets. Purely treating your body with respect and training it to respond to its new environment. Real science supports this. Results reenforce it.

But what i find a bit weird in some of these transformation pics is that almost everyone (including women) tries to show their biceps, even if they have none! lol! It's funny!

Well done with your persistance in your transformation. Will be great when the lower 2 come out. Not a sales pitch for Craig 'cause he really doesn't need it. but just to possibly help you get to your goal,,, there's heaps of workouts available in the trial which really cut the abs better than what I've ever tried before.
