Woah... This was simultaneously extremely disturbing and completely amazing. Lol. When I was little I was really into Gilmore Girls and this song was on the soundtrack. It used to really freak me out and give me nightmares, so when the video started playing I kind of freaked out a little bit, but I made it though to the end and it's totally brilliant! Great video! Liked and favorited, despite my paralyzing fear of this song... I will admit it IS perfect for Effy... :P

First of all love your intro! Secondly, this video was simply amazing! I think it is the best Effy video I've seen!!! As far as your not liking her in the 4th season, you made your point and one's feelings have to be respected, but I have to say that it is impossible to go on living without giving a damn. It was a defense mechanism for her to detach herself from others so that she wouldn't get hurt. I've been through depression and know how it is. After a certain point, all you feel is pain.

Wow... I'm speechless. WHERE DO I START? This is the most amazing and creative effy video I have ever seen. Honestly, it IS probably the most amazing and creative VIDEO I have ever seen, just in general. I love how you did a timeline study of her from when she was a child, that added so much to this video and made it really interesting. It added a lot to what I thought of Effy and the clips you used worked so well. I feel like that really COULD have been her! I am just.. in LOVE with it!

2) Il film non l’ho visto quindi per me ora quella bimba è effy, basta , è CANON XD Il voiceover e tutto è talmente LEI che si fa fatica a credere che non lo sia. Si collega tutto perfettamente, incredibile. E poi la song ! Concordo appieno con la descrizione che hai fatto ù.ù Questo video mi ha ricordato perché il personaggio di Effy mi piaceva tanto nelle s1-2 , cosa mi aveva colpito di lei anche se ovviamente non era qualcosa a cui potevo relazionarmi.

Altough I have to say that in the beginning of my depression, I used to be really quiet, hardly talking at all, but at the same time having that wise look and if I said something, then I really had something to say. I looked like a really strong person, who, well lets say, didnt give a damn. Firstable, this video is incredible. Really great story, the use of the little girl and the song itself makes it very strict in a good way. Like very raw, but not at all. I dont know. Secondly, I understand that Effy as a character was more intresting in season one and two for being quiet, but at the same time looking like a strong, grown-up and wise person, the person who will rarely say something and if she does then something that will keep your mouth shut, you know, those golden words.. -

i haven't enjoyed an effy vid in a long time. so glad you didn't put her on a pedestal. loved her in season 2, her episode was glorious.

effy was a way more interesting (and bearable) character when she kept her mouth shut.

loved the use of this song and the way you incorporated the quotes in your vid.

and yeah, the "kill yourself or get over it" is more than fitting, it actually put a smile upon my face.
