Cops there made an effort communicate with deaf than america cops. He said someone drove into his car that made his car flip. That was what he gestured with cops. I might be wrong understand his gesture and cops did good job with him.
wow no offense... what he was trying to say is not make any sense... the cops are nodding and did not really listen to him. the cops are not understanding him at all. when i had a car accident, i could do better than him. really... i write on the paper to communicate with the cop. read his lips a bit. we made it very clear. we understood each other. we resolved the problem without an interpreter. it is really sad to see that deaf cant depend on itself but others. they need to learn...
@BmP131991 I understand your point. It is maybe cleaner way to communicate.
Gesture language is valuable language too. The turkish driver was maybe too fast with gestures but the police would understand if the driver uses gestures so clean.
At my way I would use gestures and write on papers. Gestures make communication faster.
I just wonder why people respect more spoken language than sign language or gestures.
Mr. hardcover insurance policy 0:09 deaf talked pretty far? Mr brain, hard as stone kadży which slightly deaf accurately reflected well on you and as hard as everyone also, at 0:57 to talk about when you flash it? If you call and who is not easy. just think it is difficult to 0:39 traffic:). You see important than the blink of a: (1:15 to hardly any in many people with little deaf as a tree stands
First of all, that is not his language, he change his communication to make easier for police but it didn't went well...and yes it is hit and run. If I were him, I would fetch notepad and pen and then write down rather to repeat to police! I don't know where that is but it has lack of deaf awareness....how disappoint!
I think it is hit and run... That is why cops don't get it what the deaf man is saying ?? but should have to get interpreter first or cops should have take sign language courses either way ??
I don't speak his language, but I get that one driver hit him on the right front door and sped off. The deaf driver honked. He states that the other driver heard him. I guess the other driver yelled at him, a sign that the other driver was hearing. The deaf driver's car rolled over and the other driver sped away. He asks the police to call the number he wrote down; someone (a man, a brother, a father, a relay agent) will answer. This man needs an interpretter so he can tell more of his story.
