@crazymelomanka omigosh, yes, i think he, like the pied piper, could lead a lot of us astray! this is my favorite version of them performing espen's song: the one in the desert had the distracting/annoying couple, though espen's hair looked so good; the one in leather had sissel with really dark hair & crazy eyebrows(?); the one in another audience setting had them putting sissel in weird, cropped pants....to me it feels like this video is their first recording of this song--fresh feeling!

They're commercial artists, and everyone in Norway understands English anyway. Sissel does sing songs in Norwegian, but she also sings for a broader/older audience.

The show in this clip is definitely for the older/adult generation, it's even held in a theatre.

It´s marketing. If we have learnt anything from Sweden it´s to focus and use English in our pop music exports. I don´t see much of a market for Norwegian language singing in the international market.

No,there was another couple in the shower,but it could appear to be them. No,I can not remember that the video was "bad" in any way, but it was kind of sexy and very hot. Don't think anybody would say it was "too much" if it was another woman than Sissel in the video. It's hard to explain,but Sissel was alway rated as a national saint. Se became famous as a very young and very innocent girl with a beautiful voice. And even when she married and had children,people still wanted her to be innocent.

the video was pretty much banned from Norwegian tv after alot of ppl found the video unproper for a woman like sissel, I remember talk about it being to sexy heh.

It was shown on tv a couple of times before the ban, but uploading videos on the web was really uncommon back then, so I dont think anyone will ever see this video again. It is probably burrowed deep in the vaults of NRK.
