The video gives a wrong image of the situation: the child was happy (and told "wow") when the robots started to pull but then did not know what to do, which is the reason for the "lost" expression. On the other side the whole process was boring because too long, which is the main negative point of the experiment for the child.

It's obvious you can lift 80-something pounds of phonebook with a robot, but robots actually picking up a child and dragging her without any visible dragging from any section of the body (Like the torso being dragged along with the head and legs) is impressive for an automated machine.
