And finally a decent fluid simulator as finally come for lightwave ,i am really happy of that ,Bakudan have some competition now ^^
I am sure lightwave will be more popular very soon because of this huge advance made possible AGAIN by the community (Newtek dev,do something at your turn.....core is not only your interest)
Truth to be told here is that it is because of the developers that things like this are possible in the first place. During the whole LW9.x series, there has been ALOT of work gone into the SDK to force LW to become more open and accesible by third party developers. Light and Camera SDK, Nodes, lots of work to push volumetrics so that third party renderers can make use of them... the list is long.
@TemalCageman i know already that ^^ ,the SDK is relativly complete (Not the doc :/) and the possibility is nearly endless ,but you know ,lightwave is a commercial software not an open source project. For artists and pros this POV is very annoying.
Normally all that things was automatically included to the package ,or planed to be included in form of an update ,but month after month ,nothing ...
Is there a link or name for the plug in, the newtek forum one is dead. Thank you.

I've been playing with it too, it's a lot of fun and surprising how fast it calculates.
