@StrainChain it is irish sang by Celtic Women a group of 4 independent singers and 1 fiddler that came togeather for one night and became such a big hit they have stayed togeather and have released a 5 cds to date. they sing folk and new age songs and this song The Voice is i think not 100% on but "Mother Earth" and her spirit that is speaking to you.

They specialize in celtic renditions like Scarborough Fair, I am the Voice, etc. But they also do just instrumental pieces and modern songs like Over the Rainbow.
